A new ProPublica investigation into purported measles outbreaks in Texas and Utah contains a quietly devastating admission from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) about the limits of modern genomic outbreak surveillance.

ProPublica had asked the CDC whether it had linked any of Utah’s measles cases to an international outbreak.

“Sequencing alone cannot determine whether transmission has been continuous or sustained,” the agency told ProPublica.

ProPublica is a nonprofit newsroom that investigates abuses of power.

Bottom Line

CDC was attempting to push back on ProPublica’s claim that the genomic similarity its analysis turned up between purported measles sequences from Texas and Utah was sufficient to establish one continuous chain of sustained real-world transmission inside the United States.

But in doing so, the agency ended up publicly acknowledging something much bigger.

Namely, that the computer-based genomic systems now sitting at the center of modern outbreak surveillance and subsequent government response have hard evidentiary limits.

Phylogenetic trees, mutation tracking, lineage reconstruction, and genomic similarity do not independently prove continuous real-world transmission.

They are interpretive models built from computer sequence comparison and additional epidemiological assumptions layered onto the data.

That admission cuts far deeper than one purported measles outbreak.

It exposes a foundational limitation inside the computer sequence-driven infrastructure increasingly used to support modern outbreak narratives, endemicity claims, emergency response systems, and broader public health governance.

How much of modern outbreak governance is based on directly demonstrated transmission—versus computationally interpreted genomic relationships presented as transmission narratives?

In other words, how much of modern outbreak science (and subsequent authoritarian government response) is based on directly proving real-world spread—and how much is based on scientists interpreting similarities between computer-generated genetic sequences?

In Festus, Missouri, a town of about 14,000 people, the city council quietly approved a $6 billion Ai data center to be built on 360 acres just north of Highway 67.

Residents say they were never properly heard. Meetings were held in private. Documents were released too late. A week after the approval, the town held a regular election. Voter turnout jumped 129 percent.

Every single council member who had voted yes lost in a landslide. A 70-year-old first-time candidate beat an 8-year incumbent by 40 percentage points.

When Documented Record Contradicts Modern Narrative

In recent years, my disposition has shifted rather dramatically, dear reader:

I don’t believe anything.

This may sound counterintuitive given the work I do here, but let me explain. While I don’t believe in anything, I remain entirely open to everything.

We have been lied to incessantly, in our private lives and through the broader monopoly of the media, but you cannot be lied to if you refuse to believe the narrative in the first place.

I say this while existing as a walking contradiction, because I hold one unshakable belief:

The existence of a Creator

While everything else remains a spectacle designed to sell a fable, the realm we inhabit is, to me, quite clearly the work of a higher power.

Everything functions with an uncanny precision:

• Cows graze, and their waste feeds the soil to grow the next harvest.

• A grub is granted life and initiates the process of constructing a sanctuary, metamorphosing into a literal work of art.

• Bees, in their simple, daily labour, collect pollen and ensure the blossoms of the future.

It is a staggering series of coincidences; they want you to believe this was just pot luck. It seems clear, dear reader, this is a coordinated effort to sever man’s connection with God.

Religion suggests you will only find Him in a church, a mosque, or a synagogue; but I ask you:

Does God only appear in man-made structures?

You do not need to go anywhere to convene with the Almighty, for your body is the temple.

If you reject the existence of a higher consciousness, you are effectively accepting science as your scripture. And as you have seen from our recent lessons, curious mind, science is not there to enlighten you to the truth.

• Formalized international coalitions with Japan (LDP Global South initiative under Yasuhide Nakayama), Vietnam (Vietnam Report as implementation partner for “AIWS Trust Rating” and “AIWS Trust Index”), and Europe (Media Tenor for “AIWS Information Trust Infrastructure”) — converting the book’s vision into measurable standards, operational platforms, and a state-to-state cooperation framework.

• Received a formal endorsement letter from Hanoi’s highest-ranking leader, Trần Đức Thắng, dated April 30, 2026, welcoming “practical collaboration” on “trustworthy AI governance for public services, information integrity, deepfake response, data governance, healthcare, education, and AI capacity development.” This is the state-level operationalization of the AIWS City Vietnam pilot I flagged in March.
