No clarification yet from Dr. Hoffe’s lawyer about mis-information today. It was pointed out that Dr. Hoffe’s lawyer, a healthy Michael Alexander, spoke in Toronto last week-end, so he is not in the hospital and will be at the interrogation of Dr. Hoffe Feb 13.23, which is virtual. Dr. Hoffe will attend a Zoom from B.C. and his lawyer will attend the Zoom from Ontario.

Dear Doreen,

I am making an urgent request for you to write a letter to the College of Physicians and Surgeons BC (CPSBC) in support of Dr. Charles Hoffe. Dr. Hoffe will be interrogated by the College’s Disciplinary Committee for several days beginning on Monday, Feb. 13, 2023 and he really needs our support. The CPSBC is sensitive to public opinion, so your letter will make a difference. Here are the details: Last February the College issued a citation against Dr. Hoffe, alleging that he had spread “misinformation” when he stated that:

Ivermectin is an effective treatment for Covid-19.
The Covid shots have killed a large number of people (which is not recognized by BC Public Health).
The Covid shots may cause micro clots.
The Covid shots may reduce female fertility.
The Covid shots may cause neurological harm.

Dr. Hoffe’s counter argument is that it is in fact the College that has failed in its duty to protect the public by committing ethical violations, while persecuting caring and ethical doctors who have acted as patient safety watch dogs and whistleblowers. The ethical violations of the College that Dr. Hoffe has identified are as follows:

It is unethical to force people to have a medical treatment that they do not want. (My comments: the College has, in effect, done this by coercing physicians to recommend the Covid mRNA injections as the only treatment option. Thus the patient is not fully informed and informed consent is not achieved.)
It is unethical to withhold a safe and effective anti-viral therapy (like Ivermectin) which would prevent or reduce the severity of COVID-19.
It is unethical to hide or ignore evidence of harm by any medical treatment, as the College has done with the Covid injections.

Attached is my letter to the CPSBC, which I am mailing today. One copy is addressed to Heidi Oetter, the Registrar, and the other copy to Dr. Hammell, Chair of the Discipline Committee. I have also attached CPSBC’s Practice Standard, a relevant document which I referenced.

I hope you will take time to write your own letter to the CPSBC in support of Dr. Hoffe. The Committee’s decision will have ramifications for all ethical doctors in BC. Please feel free to forward this email to anyone you think might want to advocate for Dr. Hoffe by sending a letter to the CPSBC.
