California files emergency motion to block military from LA

California Gov. Gavin Newsom and Attorney General Rob Bonta filed for a temporary restraining order Tuesday and are seeking a preliminary injunction to prevent a military presence in the state while protests are underway.

“The federal government is now turning the military against American citizens," Newsom said in a release. "Sending trained warfighters onto the streets is unprecedented and threatens the very core of our democracy. Donald Trump is behaving like a tyrant, not a President. We ask the court to immediately block these unlawful actions.”
Bonta has argued that using military resources to patrol communities and provide general law enforcement instead of their usual role of providing support is a threat to state sovereignty. He said the state would sue to challenge the National Guard's deployment.
Federal officials, on the other hand, have continued to increase the number of military personnel they plan to deploy. It started with 2,100 National Guard deployed Sunday.
On Monday, they deployed 2,000 more Guardsmen and an additional 700 Marines.
Marines have not yet been seen on the streets, while National Guard troops have so far had limited engagement with protesters.

Interview with California Attorney General Rob Bonta
04:20 mins By the time the National Guard came to LA on Sunday morning they were met with quiet streets, no emergency, no rebellion, no invasion, no uncontrolled violence and so I think that puts the lie to the terms the President is using when they try to use invasion and rebellion inappropriately.
What happens if the temporary restraining order is actually granted?
Is this a purposeful diversion from negative press regarding Trump?

I arrived at my bustling hotel Saturday evening after my delicious tacos, and heard not one person discussing the protests/”riots”, despite “gripping chaos”.
I returned my rental car early Sunday morning. During a packed shuttle ride to the airport, again I heard no discussion of the “situation”.
NONE!!
Upon arriving ridiculously early for my flight and spending over two hours sitting at LAX, I again heard exactly ZERO people talking about the protests and riot.
Not ONE SINGLE PERSON.
And the airport was busy. My flight was full, with plenty of people on standby. All of Zone 7 and 8 were forced to check their carry-on bags because the flight was so full. And I heard not one person mention anything about riots or protests.
Yet here is what was being reported on the news
A scene so dramatic that I overheard exactly NO ONE leaving LA on Sunday morning mention it. Continues at https://conspiracysarah.substack.com/p/i-flew-home-from-la-yesterday

There are ‘no’ riots in Los Angeles

It’s all theater
Are L.A. riots another part of a plan to make Donald Trump look so bad that Americans will support removing him from office; the same Modis Operandi used in political elections i.e. the lesser of two evils, which is still evil?
If so, what’s their next ‘bad ass’ plan for humanity?

A judge blocked the Newsom request.
So far this has been contained to one area of downtown, closer to Little Tokyo than where hotels are downtown. Funny how at one point when it crossed the 101 and the other side of the 101 no Mexican flags made it as far as “Alvarado St” a tourist Mexican area. It is sort of across from Union Station and the old main post office.
