I read the book Caffeine Blues a few months ago and I decided to try life with coffee. I did not drink any coffee for about 2 months and I felt better, almost immediately. Not a huge change, but just less irritable and better, restorative sleep. I fell of the wagon but now, knowing how life can be without caffeine, I decided to quit again and had my last cup of coffee yesterday. A mild headache is already starting so wish me luck!

Thank you for sharing. Thanks to Jason Christoff’s warnings, I released attachment to coffee in May 2025. I highly recommend his new documentary https://www.planetmindcontrol.com/

The MOMENT people involved with the project are doing their speeches in the EU parliament, the US senate and at CPAC; become the sceptical Doreen.

I can already tell you that this movie will tell you some truths but, most importantly, it will tell you blatant lies to misdirect you in whatever direction they have intended this CHRISToff figure to lead you.

People like Oprah, Tolle, Brand, Rogan, Chomsky, Icke, Owens etc. all have their specific flavour of misdirection. Some appeal to Christians, some to angry workers seeing their economic power disappear, some to racist ignorant people who just want to scream ‘it is the Jews/Islam/Whites’.

As of late there has been some vehement comments against coffee probably stemming from Paul Check and his followers. This, fully referenced, post is to counter some of the negatively charged discussion on this "vitamin-like nutrient, or adaptogen."
