On September 22, 2025, President Donald Trump and HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. announced federal guidance cautioning pregnant women against using acetaminophen, the active ingredient in generic medicine Tylenol, due to observational studies linking prenatal exposure to higher risks of autism and ADHD in children. The FDA will update product labels, issue alerts to physicians, and launch a public awareness campaign, while committing to further research on neurodevelopmental effects; the administration also promoted leucovorin as a treatment for folate deficiency in some autistic children.
This article’s purpose is to provide an independent review on the statements/determinations made by Trump and HHS leadership, declaring that Tylenol was one of the identified causes of autism.
I stole this graphic from Anthony Freda:
Since there isn’t an immediate summary of the basis for this regulatory/administrative action, I used ChatGPT to query for the studies that FDA/HHS used to come up with the determination of causality of autism by Tylenol. The limitation of this approach may be that GPT did not produce some completely Tylenol-damning study because it is a piece of software written by the cabal controllers to control the narrative. If you are aware of a study the FDA used but GPT omitted from this output, please let me know and post in comments.
One thing to note upfront: the FDA did not say “Tylenol causes autism.” The FDA initiated a label-change process and issued a Notice to Physicians because it found that a growing body of evidence shows an association between prenatal acetaminophen use and higher rates of neurodevelopmental outcomes (including autism and ADHD). This action was driven by epidemiologic studies (descriptive statistical exercises that cannot establish causality, for the most part), some mechanistic/animal work, and its internal review which is still undisclosed.
Data that allegedly informed the HHS/Trump announcement

Humans were created to heal from within when we remember our being was made in likeness of the Highest Authority, the Creator of All That Is, Was, Ever Shall Be, God, and place unshakable faith in our higher divine nature.
As explained to a cancer specialist who prescribed chemo and radiation treatment for me in 2007, it is not drugs nor chemotherapy, not essential oils nor homeopathics, not devices etc. that heal, it is through our genuine belief in them the body heals.

For a very long time parents with vaccine-injured children have known about the relationship between vaccination, tylenol and autism. One person who knows a lot about this is Marcella Piper-Terry. Here is what she wrote Sep 6 on this subject: RFKJ is expected to announce next week that Tylenol use and folate deficiencies are factors associated with the increase in autism rates. That does not mean vaccines are not part of the issue. It just means (as I have ALWAYS said) they are not the ONLY issue.
Acetaminophen (Tylenol) depletes glutathione. Glutathione is essential for detoxifying. Pediatricians load infants and children up on Tylenol and then shoot them full of aluminum, formaldehyde, mercury, Polysorbate 80 (which opens up the blood brain barrier), and a host of other neuro-immune toxins. It’s not just Tylenol. It’s a multi-hit process that begins in utero with flu shots, Tdap, and now COVID shots injected into mom while pregnant. If mom (or dad) has MTHFR genetic SNPs (single nucleotide polymorphisms) the baby will also likely have MTHFR SNPs. This negatively affects the utilization of folate in the body, which negatively affects the ability to produce glutathione in the first place, so when giving Tylenol, it’s a double whammy.
MTHFR SNPs can reduce folate utilization by up to 70%, so having MTHFR SNPs is a big cause of folate deficiency. Folate deficiency is a very big deal. For several decades, obstetricians in the United States have been prescribing prenatal vitamins with synthetic folic acid for pregnant women, in the attempt to prevent folate deficiency. The problem is, synthetic folic acid cannot be utilized by women with MTHFR genetic SNPs (single nucleotide polymorphisms). Instead of improving folate status in those moms, folic acid makes things worse.
The combination of Tylenol, synthetic folic acid, and vaccines is precisely why a study in 2011 from the University of Arizona found that among 300+ children diagnosed with regressive autism, 98% of them had MTHFR genetic SNPs.
Applying a one-size-fits-all approach to healthcare is never a good idea, no matter what medical intervention you’re talking about.
MTHFR affects somewhere around 50% of the population. This has been known for decades, and there has been ZERO attempt to put screening programs in place to figure out which mothers and babies these blanket recommendations are most likely to benefit and which are most likely to experience significant harm. The reason for that is because they are afraid of admitting there is ANY cause for concern, because that would harm the program. And it’s always been about the program.
