The Empire is lashing out wildly!

A small group of ultra-wealthy private individuals is holding the entire so-called Western world hostage.

This group—which I term the ruling class—controls the banks, the military-industrial complex, and the intelligence apparatus.

The ruling class's empire corresponds to the nations that participate (or are compelled to participate) in the Federal Reserve's fraudulent fiat money system.

There are clear signs that this empire is severely weakened, both militarily and economically.

The world's remaining sovereign nations are resisting the tyranny and predatory campaigns the ruling class is inflicting upon the globe.

Like a boxer on the verge of a knockout, the ruling class is lashing out wildly.

I believe the wars against Russia and Iran must be viewed in this context.

Both countries possess vast natural resources. Neither participates in the Federal Reserve's fraudulent fiat money system.

Furthermore, the empire needs an external enemy to keep its own populations in line. For—fortunately—more and more (but still far too few) Americans and Europeans are realizing that the freedom and democracy they believed they lived under are a charade.

Both wars are effectively already lost, yet the ruling class will not voluntarily accept defeat. They are well aware of the unfathomably monstrous crimes—some of global magnitude—they have committed over recent years and decades, against both foreign nations and the populations within their own empire. Consequently, they must fear retribution from almost the entire world.

The ruling class has always viewed the populations of its empire as enemies and treated them accordingly. At present, however, they likely fear external enemies more; they still have the internal enemy—primarily Americans and Europeans—relatively well under control.

For decades, the ruling class has bombarded citizens with propaganda, distractions, and manipulation.

At the same time, it has ensured that people are systematically weakened.

Most people are simply too stressed, obese, and chronically ill—or too preoccupied with conflicts with those around them—to participate in a revolution.

Moreover, those citizens who would actually be best equipped to defend themselves and their fellow human beings against tyranny are often physically and emotionally wounded following senseless wartime deployments, frequently suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder and dependence on medication.

It is not only they, however; a great many people in general are dependent on medication and drugs. A significant portion of the population in the USA and Europe takes ...

I feel more worried, and less knowledgeable. Where would one access the Broadband Access Agreement for one's county?

More of the response from my search:

These local deployments are part of a broader Canada-Ontario broadband partnership (totaling over $1.2 billion) designed to achieve 98% high-speed internet access by 2026 and 100% by 2030.

The specific terms of the Municipal Access Agreement (MAA) between the Town of Newmarket and TelMAX (and other carriers) are governed by Ontario’s Building Broadband Faster Act, 2021 and standard municipal right-of-way bylaws.

While the full executed legal document is not publicly disclosed in detail, the framework and standard terms include:

Good question. I just searched my municipality as follows:

What are the specific terms of the Municipal Access Agreement for [name your municipality].

The search returned: Key details regarding broadband access include [for my municipality].

Hope this helps.
