Three Bills that passed into Act have the effect of reducing accountability and transparency in the law making process, decision making process and enforcement.
British Columbia laws of concern
Bill 36 now passed - Health Professions and Occupations Act
Bill 21 now passed -Legal Professions Act
Bill 7-2025 Economic Stabilization (Tariff Response Act) now in the legislature.
Strong opposition to all of the Bills yet they were pushed through anyways ... Bill 7 is expected to go the same way.
The Bills enable government and administrative authorities to ignore existing laws, they enable them to exercise unlimited authority, and they enable them to ensure no individual or group can challenge that authority. In other words, these laws effectively eliminate oversight and they bypass constitutional law. It is inside constitutional law that our Charter protections are enshrined. So, it bypasses Charter protections, Rights and Freedoms and essentially replaces democratic governments and established democratic law making procedure with authoritarian rule.

This is just another nail in the body of a very dead person. EUA (Emergency Use Authorization) was used in Canada, the U.S., and Europe to poison the population without any testing or recrimination. The judiciary in Canada is dead from the feet up, this is rubbing dog dirt in most of the legal/judiciary in Canada. Any challenge to EUA has been flushed by the courts because of the legislative "kill box" in place (see Sasha Latypova's substack). The only argument is to challenge a legislature for creating laws that allowed citizens to be poisoned/killed. Making laws that allow killing should be challenged. Good luck in finding a court/political venue to do that.
