By moving out of the city in April coming over to the island being able to grow a garden, meditate, and heal my anger has been amazing. It is still a work in progress. Not being on social media and getting rid of that years ago was one of the best things I did, also getting off the computer, loving mother earth and everything she supplies for us to keep us healthy.
