The green agenda is advancing permanent climatism lockdown.
Oxford as Britain’s oldest seat of learning is better known to residents for its gridlocked traffic. Nowadays, planners gripped by an anti-car ideology are focused on reducing use of cars by any means necessary.
To seize further control of people’s lives globalists are pushing the false idea these cities will “save the planet” and help all of humanity. In fact, they are designed to restrict, coerce, punish, surveil, and limit the fundamental right of freedom of movement with consent of the people.
Residents will be restricted within 15 minutes of their home address, and violators will be fined. Under new proposals, if any of Oxford’s 150,000 residents drive outside their designated district more than 100 days a year, they could be fined £70. In addition, government will track and control every movement through smartphones & facial recognition technology.
The “15-minute city” is crucial to United Nations Agenda 2030 and their Net Zero green agenda. Oxford, which declared a ‘climate emergency,’ is hoping their 15-minute cities will help achieve the council’s ‘Net Zero carbon Oxford’ vision by 2040.”
