This is the way it should be. We can't be giving consent for every single little thing. So what we do is speak our objection when it arises. Anything not mentioned is assumed to be consent. The way for this not to go dystopian is for everyone to take the responsibility to speak up if they do not consent to something. If we learned to do this, it would be a matter of life that we simply practiced naturally. We have to attain new skills if we want to change this paradigm.

This is the way it should be. We can't be giving consent for every single little thing. So what we do is speak our objection when it arises. Anything not mentioned is assumed to be consent. The 'desire' to attain new skills followed by meaningful action needs to be aroused in a critical mass of humans if we are to save ourselves.
