In your letter, state that as a Canadian Citizen or Indigenous Person, you do not consent to him/her signing an international instrument on pandemic prevention, preparedness and response that cedes sovereignty of Canada and its peoples.
In addition, matters of this magnitude that affect public health policy to this degree should be decided on by the people of Canada in Provincial and/or Federal Referendums.

Maxim: Qui tacet consentire videtur. He who is silent appears to consent.
Possibilities are that a silent majority leads to a dystopian future of totalitarianism, or a majority of voices aligned on purpose that are heard leads to unprecedented freedom, unity, creativity, peace, and coherence.
