Cigna 2024 insurance policy: war is not a new exclusion
Someone pointed out that the 2024 Cigna Healthcare Policy excluding coverage for (a) an act of war (declared or undeclared) is not new b/c the Force Majeure clause found in contracts has been in place for a long time.

The Force majeure clause in a contract removes liability for catastrophic events, such as natural disasters and warfare.
Force Majeure
Force majeure is a clause included in contracts to remove liability for unforeseeable and unavoidable catastrophes that interrupt the expected course of events and prevent participants from fulfilling obligations. These clauses generally cover natural disasters, such as hurricanes, tornadoes, and earthquakes, as well as human actions, such as armed conflict and man-made diseases.

After the past 4 years, what does it take to prove a man-made disease?
Please note
This correction does not diminish the fact we are under martial rule, nor does it diminish the importance of reading contracts before signing them.

Let me now add …
Liability, 5G and cell tower radiation health effects
Due to their understanding of the magnitude of this future financial risk most insurance plans have “electromagnetic field exclusions” applied as the market standard. Portland Oregon Public School Insurance (Pg 30) states as an example, ”Exclusions: This insurance does not apply to: Bodily injury, personal injury, advertising injury, or property damage arising directly or indirectly out of, resulting from, caused or contributed to by electromagnetic radiation, provided that such loss, cost or expense results from or is contributed to by the hazardous properties of electromagnetic radiation.”
US Mobile operators have been unable to get insurance to cover liabilities related to damages from long term exposure to radiofrequency emissions for over a decade.
