Spodumene Concentrate from North American Lithium Offtake to Supply Tesla
BELMONT, NC, January 3, 2023 – Piedmont Lithium (“Piedmont” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq:PLL; ASX:PLL), a leading global developer of lithium resources critical to the U.S. electric vehicle (“EV”) supply chain, today announced that it has amended its agreement with Tesla, Inc. (“Tesla”) to supply the U.S. automaker with spodumene concentrate (“SC6”) from North American Lithium (“NAL”).
Piedmont and Tesla have mutually agreed to amend their previous offtake agreement with the terms of this new agreement, which are binding for a three-year term and include an option to renew for another three years. In my opinion, the approaching US election is flowing fast with hype and propaganda to get votes after 4 + years of tyrannical rule revealed the dark side of rulers and a totalitarian agenda.

As much will come out of voting for a person or a party as sitting at home watching television. Nothing. And that's why Elon wants everyone to vote, to keep us in the vortex of their silly process that makes absolutely no sense. How about Elon mention how uneven the vote is going by the districting. What sense does THAT make? He is critical of the system yet he is firmly besotted by it. It is the system that made him a billionaire so why wouldn't he try to keep everyone in it?
