World’s First Governing Body and Judicial Authority to Declare MRNA Weapons of Mass Destruction! Calls on Mankind to Unite to Stop Global Biowarfare, Depopulation, and Transhumanism!
Shout out to Lisa Miron, AKA Lawyer Lisa on Substack and author of World On Mute, for coming up with this idea and acting in her capacity as an activist in pursuing this initiative before the tribunal, the courage of the injured complainants, prosecutors, and the tribunal for taking such extraordinary action in defense of mankind.

After reviewing hundreds of pages of evidence from my current case, including scientific papers and legal briefs filed in the Florida court system, as well other scientific papers, the Alliance of Indigenous Nations (A.I.N.) International Tribunal, issued a declaration and ORDER declaring the MRNA nanoparticle injections biological and technological weapons of mass destruction.
The Alliance of Indigenous Nations (A.I.N.) International Tribunal is the first governing body and judicial authority in the world to issue an ORDER declaring MRNA nanoparticle injections biological and technological weapons of mass destruction.
In addition to legal briefs and scientific studies, the Alliance of Indigenous Nations (A.I.N.) reviewed affidavits filed in my current case in the Florida court system from Ana Mihalcea, M.D., PhD; Rima Laibow, M.D.; Karen Kingston; Andrew Zywiec, M.D.; Marivic Villa, M.D., and Avery Brinkley, M.D.. Dr. Ben Marble, M.D., and Dr. Paul Alexander, PhD.; and the late Francis Boyle, J.D., PhD, the law professor that wrote the U.S. domestic implementation legislation of the Biological Weapons Convention, called the Biological Weapons and Antiterrorism Act of 1989. Dr. Boyle publicly stated the COVID 19 injections were bioweapons in late 2020, before they were even deployed.
The declaration and ORDER include quotes from and or cites affidavits from Dr. Francis Boyle, J.D, PhD; Dr. Ana Mihalcea, M.D., PhD; Dr. Andrew Zywiec, M.D.,; Dr. Paul Alexander, PhD; and Dr. Rima Laibow, M.D. It also cites the work of Dr. James Thorp, M.D.; Dr. David J. Speicher, who also provided an affidavit; Dr. Jessica Rose; and Dr. Kevin McKernan; and cites a recent paper by Dr. Andrew Zywiec, et. al., stating that the ‘vaccine’ violated the Biological Weapons Convention.
This extraordinary declaration and ORDER comes in the wake of the World Council for Health Florida chapter declaring the MRNA nanoparticle injections to be biological and technological weapons of mass destruction. Previously county Republican Parties across the U.S. as well as the Idaho and Arizona GOPs declared MRNA nanoparticle injections to be biological and technological weapons of mass destruction.
The Indigenous Nations (A.I.N.) International Tribunal stated:
“This Tribunal finds and hereby declares that the COVID-19 injections, mRNA injections, or mRNA nanoparticle injections, are in fact biological and technological weapons of mass destruction.
This Tribunal finds and hereby declares that the ‘COVID-19 nanoparticle injections’ or ‘mRNA nanoparticle injections’ or ‘COVID-19 injections‘ meet the criteria of biological weapons and weapons of mass destruction according to the Biological Weapons Anti Terrorism Act, of 1989 18 USC § 175; Weapons and Firearms § 790.166 Fla. Stat. (2023), Canada‘s Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention Implementation Act, 2004, and the International Biological Weapons Convention. This Order and Declaration is intended to have immediate worldwide effect.”
The Indigenous Nations (A.I.N.) International Tribunal has nation to nation status recognized by the Canadian government. The Indigenous Nations (A.I.N.) International Tribunal is the first governing body and judicial authority in the world to issue an ORDER declaring the MRNA nanoparticle injections biological and technological weapons of mass destruction.
It is unclear what the international legal ramifications of this ORDER will be. The ORDER also states:
“As such colonial systems have only served to perpetuate the injustice of what can only be seen as a planned and executed murder and depopulation of mankind around the world. The lack of justice in colonial systems must be seen as by design and to further the application and deployment of bioweapons on the public. We ask the original peoples and rest of mankind to stand together to give this decision and declaration the force of morality and justice- which is the basis of any system of law. There can be no architecture of law that is a permissive grant to deploy bioweapons on mankind. We find there is a consequential degeneracy in the intrinsic value of mankind by those who have and continue to promulgate the application of weapons of mass destruction on humanity. The COVID-19 injections, mRNA injections, or mRNA nanoparticle injections, are weapons. Biological weapons. Cellular weapons. Poisonous weapons. Genetic weapons. Nanotechnology. Intergenerational weapons. Technological weapons.”

Although a Declaration may not be law it’s a step in the right direction b/c frequency trumps biochemistry. In other words, the more positive our attitudes, the more we focus intention and attention on what we ‘do’ want instead of what we do not want, the higher our frequency and the more energy flows to collapse the wave of potential into physical reality. Absolutely, it is time for all Sovereign Beings to tap into their most powerful gift, the gift of CREATIVITY.
The dark cannot create. They have used humanity to create and focus on the world they want through their insane agendas and fear-creating dramas.
We must turn our backs on the dark's plans and focus on the world that secures the brightest future for the children and future generations, and not only our future, but our present moment.
What would make you happy today, in this moment?

Thank you for your excellent posts, Doreen. They echo my feelings that the illusion wants our attention, wants us to hook into it and it does not care how or why we do it, it needs to be fed by our focus.
Our focus enables the technologies to steal life force codes: the 'fuel' needed to run AI and all other harmful, radiation weaponry.
Our stolen codes of life and knowledge are weaponised against humanity and all life.
Once we understand this fact and also know the agenda, we must ignore the dark plans as often as possible.
Of course, those whose roles are to awaken humanity by sharing videos must keep on pushing the truth out into the collective consciousness of humanity.
But many feel the need to withdraw into themselves and if that is what their heart is asking of them, then withdraw, cut away from things that no longer serve your happiness and peace.
Preparing and growing in light is necessary now, and all the help is available. We simply have to ask our hearts for help and listen to the guidance.
I was guided that we cannot reach humanity any other way, except by dumping huge 'Truth bombs' into their consciousness, and messages from the Heart of Creation, letting the truth seep gently towards the personality self.
I was recently guided that those who want to help can be peacefully, and powerfully effective in helping humanity awaken, by firstly:
- Calling for their Infinite Self to surround and protect them and shield them from all harm,
and then to
- Call on this most loving, most intelligent, most knowing part of ourselves to come more fully into this reality to help us extract ourselves from the False Light Construct/Matrix.
We can then bring additional layers of protection through by
- Calling on the Heart of Creation to do as above, then,
-Calling on the Infinite Laws of Creation to do the above, then
-Calling on the Whole of Creation and infinitely beyond to surround and protect us and shield us from all harm and for all these aspects to come more fully into this place to help us extract ourselves from the matrix.
When more choose to seek the help from the Heart of Creation through their Infinite Self to extract themselves, the illusion weakens because it is only made up of our stolen light and life force codes of Knowledge.
Once we are surrounded in the Russian Doll layers or layers of an onion we can make requests:
-Requesting for all our errors to be forgiven and forgotten clears all accidental harm we may have caused others
-Peacefully, without anger or malice, asking Infinite LOVE(God of LOVE, Creator), The Heart of Creation and The Laws of Creation to gather up all malicious intentions and malicious actions that have caused harm and to return all this harm to the ERROR MAKERS, for their learning
(This releases the innocent and ourselves from all the error makers toxic harm, dumped within our energy fields and consciousness which is weighing us down and preventing our expansion, our growth, and blocking our exit from this place.)
-Asking LOVE and The Laws of Creation for help to find all that has been lost.
(LOVE comes in to find all our lost codes of life/knowledge. This action of recalling all the knowledge and life force codes that make up the house of cards, the illusion of imprisonment causes the dark’s house of cards to weaken, and the weaponry/knowledge they have aimed against us which is made up of our stolen codes also weakens.)
These three requests are powerful when peacefully called for, to help all innocent life and all those trying to protect all innocent life.
Like a balloon stranded at the bottom of a ravine, burdened with the weight of the ERROR MAKERS who refused to repair and heal all harm, we are assisted to cut away from all that does not belong to us, to enable us to rise up out of the deep dark pit, and carry with us all those who are innocent, who are too wounded to remember that they only have to call for rescue to be set free.
If enough were to call for rescue, and to keep ignoring the dismal world plans - created by humanity’s focus and the dark’s manipulations, we have a chance of breaking free.
Before we came into this place, we must have focused on the perfect peaceful outcome that would best serve all life.
We must have made it clear to LOVE that we wanted to return.
We must have envisioned our strongest, creative dream for a perfectly peaceful, joyful world that best served all life.
Tapping into that part of ourselves who made that wish, we can ask for that wish to be fulfilled to best serve all life.
My creative vision is for all souls to return home for the next In Breath cycle. That not one life form is left stranded here, including those who have harmed the most. How or why it is done is up to LOVE’s Plan.
I just focus on the perfect outcome for all - to get all who came here to help rescued, to come home, if that is their wish and to continue to evolve along their preferred, chosen path.
Those who are harming the most came into this place first, for the same reason as ourselves, to help, and they fell the hardest, became the most damaged in the process of receiving the greatest attack on their consciousness than those who came after them.
I understand that it is not the time yet to help them, we must focus on those who are wounded in the battle field who have lost their voice, their ability to call for rescue. We must protect all innocent life.
A mass exodus is underway. I am sure many feel this, and this must give us all hope because LOVE comes when called.
LOVE does not impose, and I believe enough of us are now calling for help in sufficient numbers to have brought LOVE and The Laws of Creation fully into this reality to deal with the Error Makers, and those who refuse to stop destroying all life.
We are all being asked to listen to the beating of our own hearts, to focus on creating our preferred reality, our preferred destiny. What would truly bring us joy, peace and happiness?
LOVE is here. I am sure others feel LOVE streaming into their inner world.
We are being asked to listen to our hearts each day, to secure the best REQUEST, that would best serve LOVE’s Plan and best serve all life, and keep making whatever request our Infinite Self guides us to make.
For those who are rapidly expanding, we are also being asked to expand our consciousness further each day, to ask our Infinite Self:
- to activate any dormant gifts that we may be carrying to help best serve all life each day, and
- to be prepared to rapidly change our heart connection routines as the Heart of Creation is also rapidly growing and preparing, and we need to keep our hearts connected to the Heart of Creation as our planet starts to descend away from the Heart of Creation with every bad decision that humanity make as a whole.
Those who do not want digital control, Agenda 2030, who understand what is happening at deeper levels, are being called upon to get into position to powerfully and peacefully assist to secure the brightest future for all those who want rescuing, who want peace, and who may be trapped inside this matrix and too incapacitated to call for help.
We have all the tools we need to secure the brightest future. Pray that more awaken to the beating of their own hearts and start to 'see' what its truly occurring on this planet, with eyes wide open.
