Recommendations
We seek valuable feedback on an important report we are preparing to send to municipal councils across Canada. The report, titled "Recommendation to Withdraw from the FCM-ICLEI Partners for Climate Protection (PCP) Program," outlines significant concerns regarding the PCP program and its implications for Canadian municipalities.
The report recommends that municipalities withdraw from the PCP program and instead develop locally driven environmental strategies that align with each community's values, priorities, and financial capabilities.
Next Steps: Before we distribute this report to municipal councils, and create additional tools for local advocates we ask for your input. Your insights and perspectives are crucial to ensuring the concerns and recommendations presented are thorough and representative of the broader community's views.
How You Can Help: Please review the draft of the report and provide feedback or suggestions you may have. We are particularly interested in your thoughts on the key concerns highlighted, the proposed resolution for municipalities, and any additional considerations you believe should be included. The reference section is still being updated.
You can submit your feedback directly by replying to this email, commenting on this article, or through email at info@kiclei.ca.
Thank you for your continued support and engagement. Together, we can work towards a future where environmental stewardship is locally driven, practical, and aligned with the values and needs of our communities.
Best regards,

ICLE | b a c k g r o u n d e r s
Greenwashing local politicians
Founded in 1999, and masked as sustainable development, the International Council on Local Environmental Initiatives or ICLEI created by a UN conference, provides advice to local politicians, recruits strategic partners to build pressure for municipal energy regulation, and supplies local governments with resources for Climate Action Plans at an extraordinary price. ICLEI's tentacles reach into municipalities across the planet to abolish individual rights.
ICLEI is non-government and has no power or authority over any city or county, so they bribe and pressure elected officials to achieve UN Agenda 21 and sustainable development objectives.

The Yellow Brick Road to Climate Alarmism
The man behind the green curtain who managed to get climate change 'profiteering' to where it is today, was Maurice Strong [April 29, 1929 – November 27, 2015], a Canadian oil and mineral businessman.
The whole climate change business, and it is a business, started with Maurice Strong, a self-confessed socialist who put the United Nations into the environmental business, being the shadowy-figure behind UN secretaries general from U Thant to Kofi Annan.
His reign of influence in world affairs lasted from 1962 to 2005. Strong has been variously called “the international man of mystery”, the “new guy in your future” and “a very dangerous ideologue”. https://climatism.wordpress.com/2013/09/17/the-creator-fabricator-and-proponent-of-global-warming-maurice-strong/
Climate alarmism
Tim Ball
June 01, 2012
Almost every aspect of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) work is manipulated, selected, and controlled to prove human CO2 is causing global warming. The objective was to prove the hypothesis, not to perform objective science.
The goal was established by the Club of Rome whose member, Maurice Strong, transmitted and translated it into world government policy through the United Nations.
“In searching for a new enemy to unite us, we came up with the idea that .. the threat of global warming.. would fit the bill…. the real enemy, then, is humanity itself….we believe humanity requires a common motivation, namely a common adversary in order to realize world government. It does not matter if this common enemy is a real one or….one invented for the purpose.” — Club of Rome
He was assisted by politicians like Al Gore and Tim Wirth. In 1993 the latter did not hide the naked political objective. https://climatism.wordpress.com/2013/09/17/the-creator-fabricator-and-proponent-of-global-warming-maurice-strong/

Together, we are the solution
The above background information on ICLE emphasizes the magnitude of what is at stake for every body across Canada and the world.
I sent the following Maxim of law to https://kiclei.substack.com and https://gather2030.substack.com I asked if there plans for residents to contribute, by presenting the Report locally to their Mayor/councillors?
Maxim: No one can do by another what he cannot do by himself.
I suggest it is vital for the majority of residents to get involved locally now and stay involved, to influence their future and that of their community.
I’ll let you know if there is a response. TY!
