14.7 million Canadians put to death by the state
Jillian Michaels
Oct 29, 2025
Kelsey Sheren is a Canadian combat veteran, an author, and advocate. Jillian Michaels goes straight to the hard stuff. We’re talking about the little known horrors of MAiD, Medical Assistance in Dying, which Jillian thought was an amazing thing until today’s conversation.
Prepare to be stunned
Thanks Judy for the video.
In a recent publication in the Journal of Death and Dying, Health Canada unveiled a plan for “savings” that is as brutal as it is unprecedented. The analysis reveals that from 2027 to 2047, the government is projected to save a staggering $1.273 trillion—not through innovation or improved healthcare—but through death. 01:20 mins
More than 14 million Canadians, according to the data, will be culled by Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD) instead of receiving palliative or mental health care.
Let that number sink in: 14.7 million human beings put to death by the state.

Full interview: Inside MAiD Crisis Horrors and warning
Kelsi exposes the horrifying reality of Canada’s MAiD program: a system offering euthanasia not just to veterans, but to the disabled, the mentally ill, those battling depression, and — in proposed expansions — even minors. Instead of offering treatment, care, or hope, the government is quietly offering death.

Last Will and Testament
If you have a Last Will and Testament, you may wish to put in writing that whomever has Power of Attorney over Your Personal Care knows and agrees that under any and all circumstances MAiD is not to be administered.
Here’s why
There are three medications used in a MAID provision. The first drug is midazolam. https://www.dyingwithdignity.ca/blog/clarification-about-the-medications-used-in-a-maid-provision
Midazolam causes the lungs to fill with fluid. It was administered during the covid plandemic in nursing homes for the elderly who experienced drowning.
USA Federal district court ruling - executions
All medical witnesses to describe pulmonary edema agreed it was painful, both physically and emotionally, inducing a sense of drowning and the attendant panic and terror, much as would occur with the torture tactic known as waterboarding. Midazolam is especially problematic because it’s not an anesthetic. As one of its inventors testified, midazolam induces drowsiness or sleep but it doesn’t stop a patient from feeling pain. Multiple people executed in recent years using midazolam have shown signs of pain—gasping, heaving against restraints, choking, and coughing. https://eji.org/news/lethal-injections-cause-suffocation-and-severe-pain-autopsies-show/
