This documentary exists because most people have been taught to recognize genocide only after it becomes undeniable. Then, it’s too late. Genocide in a Suit exposes the earlier stages – psychological conditioning, bureaucratic normalization, and obedience mechanisms that make large-scale harm possible without overt violence.
Using real-world examples and established frameworks, the film shows how ordinary people can be guided to participate, comply, and even defend systems that undermine their own freedom, health, and dignity. Not through fear alone – through appeals to responsibility, safety, and morality.

The ignorance of the people is always the cause. Dark energy cannot thrive while truth is suppressed (through censorship) Also endemic in the entire thing is the way we allow them to use us to shoot our own selves in the foot. The mechanism is their money system, it has the factors that yield these results - centralized issuance, appreciation and depreciation (rather than used solely as a metric (measurement)), not to mention because we all know this (yet it doesn't stop people from getting loans from banks and doing business with them) usury. Everyone seems quite happy to accept usury therefore, usury it is.
Therefore killing our own kind systematically it is.
It is always the people's "fault".
It's just very difficult for each individual to believe that because they fail to understand the realm we are in - that where our attention goes, that's what we grow. It is the fabric of this "universe" and so if you can't see that, you're going to be doing all sorts of contortions and bungling.
