What is a torus field?

From the subatomic level to the quantum level all creation organizes in toroidal fields. When you activate the toroidal power of your heart, you connect the power Source above (metaphysical/positive) and ground below (physical/negative) to charge your battery, creating heart-brain coherence and amplifying your natural energy field.

Why this process works

The torus operates at the metaphysical level—the 99.9999999999996% of reality that is non-physical. This is where energy organizes before it manifests into the physical 0.0000000000004%. You’re not working with matter. You’re working with the Spirit of God, referred to by physicists as the quantum Field, the only power to create and/or change physical matter reality.

Become your own energetic authority

We live in a self-reflective Universe where attempts to change physical reality using physical matter reality laws and rule sets has not worked, ever, b/c that is not how Life works. The following six-step process transforms forcing and/or hoping for change, to intentionally influencing physical matter reality on demand. Like building a muscle this requires non-negotiable practice.

Overview: step-by-step process to activate your torus field

STEP 1: Ground, connect to the Earth, establish foundation.

STEP 2: Draw up Earth energy through your spine.

STEP 3: Activate your heart torus.

STEP 4: Expand your heart energy.

STEP 5: Circulate your heart energy into a toroidal pattern.

STEP 6: Strengthen with your breath and focused intention.

Daily practice creates new neural pathways

Strengthen your heart’s torus field through non-negotiable practice. Practice early morning before you start each day. Like learning to ride a bike, it may feel awkward at first until it becomes automatic.

First week. Learn the steps, build awareness, practice the 6 steps 10-15 minutes daily.

Second and third weeks. The steps become more familiar. Practice the 6 steps daily 5 to 7 minutes. Notice activation begins to occur sooner.

First and second month. Muscle memory begins to form. Practice the 6 steps daily 3 to 4 minutes. Flow is effortless.

Third month. Unconsciously competent at quantum alignment, you activate the toroidal power of your heart in a single breath.

Trust the Process

Week 1 feels different than month 3. Be consistent. It compounds.

Six step by step details to activate your torus

FOUNDATION

Step 1: Stand or sit comfortably. When you are in a comfortable position, close your eyes. With both feet firmly on the ground, intentionally connect with the Earth. Imagine, sense or feel roots, like tree roots, growing from the bottom of your feet down through the floor, through the foundation into the Earth. Imagine, sense or feel those roots moving like corkscrews down through the soil, the clay and deep into the heart of the Earth anchoring you.

Step 2: On your next inhale, intentionally draw Earth energy up through your spine from the base all the way up to the crown of your head. Feel it rise like a warm current, activating each vertebra. This energy is grounding and powerful.

ACTIVATION

Step 3: Activate your torus. Place attention on your heart center located mid upper chest. If you place one or both hands on your heart center, your attention will automatically flow there. Feel it pulsing with energy. With each heartbeat, feel your heart activating, glowing, expanding. This is your power source. Notice any warmth, tingling, lightness, joy, etc.

APPLICATION

Step 4: Expansion. Feel the energy from your heart expand outward in all directions—front, back, sides, above, below, like a sphere of light glowing from your heart center filling the space around you. With every exhale, expand your sphere of light until you feel the room filled with your presence. [You can expand beyond the room to surround the entire Earth].

Step 5: Circulate. Imagine, sense or feel the energy begin to circulate in a toroidal pattern, flowing up from your heart center and out the top of your head like a fountain and circling back down around you, down, down under your feet, then back up through your spine into your central column.

Step 6: Amplify. With each inbreath amplify the field. Inhale and draw more Earth energy up into your central column. As you exhale expand it further. Feel it getting stronger, brighter and more powerful with each cycle. Set an intention. Allow the energy to flow continuously up, around, down and back up again. As the energy continues to flow imagine, sense, feel details related to your intention as if it is already accomplished. This is very important, especially feelings and include gratitude.

Strategic pre-meeting activation

Before your next important interaction, find a quiet space. Take 5-7 minutes before an important meeting, difficult conversation, other adversity, etc. Run through the full 6-step process: Ground, Draw Up, Heart, Expand, Circulate, Amplify.

Enter the room activated

With your torus activated, walk in with your field already amplified and circulating. Affirm to yourself: “I walk in present, powerful, and aligned. I hold the frequency I choose”.

Scan energy in the room

Feel the current, the energy in the room. Is it tense? Flat? Chaotic? Notice without judgment. Just sense what’s there.

Expand to fill the space

Expand your torus to fill the entire room. Let your field permeate every corner, every person, every molecule. Hold your desired frequency.

Choose the frequency you would like

Calm, creative, focused, joyful. Hold that frequency in your field with intention.

Watch the shift happen

Observe as the room energy shifts to match yours. Notice how people respond differently, more relaxed, respectful, more attention, more openness.

Trust what you feel

There is no wrong way to do this. Practice to master the 6-step process.

Journal synchronicities

Write down unexpected connections, perfect timing, unexpected doors opening. Watch the patterns.
