Conservative environmental scientists have known for years that global forces behind the scenes were moving toward one-world government. It was not until recently that it was possible to see the comprehensive plan, published in an official document offered to the world entitled Our Global Neighborhood: The Report of the Commission on Global Governance. Its recommendations are arrogantly bold – an indicator of the confidence the radical environmentalists have about their chances for success in implementing their agenda. They are also frighteningly serious.
Global objective
The objective of the program, conceived in 1971, has been to designate sites worldwide for preservation and to protect the biodiversity of chosen sites on a global level.

Background to the Wildlands Project

Rural landowners who desire to use their own property are shocked when they learn new regulations increasingly restrict them from doing almost anything. These regulations ostensibly protect endangered species, viewsheds, open space, or a host of other reasons for limiting owner’s rights to use their land. Although the environment and society allegedly benefit from the regulations, it is the landowner who pays the price through lowered property values. Rarely does the property owner receive just compensation for the societal benefit―as required by the U.S. Constitution and almost every state constitution. Rather, the property owner is required to pay the entire cost, even though all of society supposedly benefits.

Preamble of Agenda Item 10 of the Conference Report states that:
Land…cannot be treated as an ordinary asset, controlled by individuals and subject to the pressures and inefficiencies of the market. Private land ownership is also a principal instrument of accumulation and concentration of wealth and therefore contributes to social injustice; if unchecked, it may become a major obstacle in the planning and implementation of development schemes. The provision of decent dwellings and healthy conditions for the people can only be achieved if land is used in the interests of society as a whole. Throughout this UN document the socialist model for private property rights are set forth as the basis for future United Nations policy:

The Wildlands Project is part of UN Agenda 21. The other prong of this attack is "Smart Growth". They push UN Agenda 21 on the people by controlling our choices or "the argument".
Problem, reaction, solution
Hegelian dialectic, two forces aligned against one another. One is thesis, the other antithesis. The conflict will produce a synthesis; in this case, the loss of national sovereignty and end of freedom.
So they either take the land away and lock it up, or give it to their fascist buddies in business and lock you out. They win either way because they control the choices offered and both benefit big money via the UN, World Bank, and other globalist tyrants. 06:50 mins

Asset leverage
What differentiates 1st world nations from others is the ability to leverage our assets. As Hernando DeSoto says in his book, The Mystery of Capital,
“property is not the house [or land] but an economic concept about the house embodied in a legal representation.”
Legal ownership representations such as a deed or title enable you to borrow against your home to make value-enhancing renovations or to use the money to invest in a business that may generate more income. Without access to those representations, you cannot make the transactions needed to utilize your land’s wealth. The ability to exercise those transactions is under attack.
