Resilient prepping

Resilient prepping is a philosophical approach to survival and preparedness. It’s perfectly formed for this scenario. It’s a system of multiple layers of redundancy, with each layer, relying on lower and lower levels of technology and supply chain functionality, so what you’re going to see in this book in each area of preparedness, such as water filtration, let’s say, or food preparation, or food production, or personal security, and so on, you’re going to see typically three levels of technology presented. There’s going to be a high-tech version of preparedness, and then a low-tech version, and then what I call a no-tech version, and the no-tech means it relies on no power grid, virtually no functioning supply chain, and it’s more like, you could say, an early 19th century existence, or maybe even in some cases, an 18th century existence. In a no tech scenario, you’re using basic tools and implements, perhaps shovels, for example, you’re using human labor, or animal labor, and you’re relying on no functioning power grid, no functioning water supply, no functioning, gasoline, or other fuels, and so on.

Food prices continue to increase while quality and quantity decrease. Where I shop, many organic fruits and vegetables are unavailable for months at a time. A cashier said their buyer had a hard time finding a supplier of organic grapefruit.

Many of the least toxic foods are no longer available. Three types of ACE Bakery organic, non-gmo, regular not sea salt breads were discontinued. ACE bakery has yet to explain why their breads are no longer organic. Throughout a large selection of breads, ACE is the ‘only’ regular salt, all others are sea salt as are most foods. Some soaps contain sea salt. This is not a complaint. I am simply stating facts. Doreen

Modem

I changed my Wi-Fi settings to turn off 5g. This week I discovered when I turn off my computer the modem automatically turns 5g back on. Now when I turn my computer on, I immediately change my Wi-Fi settings to turn off 5g. I check periodically through the day to ensure 5g is off, which so far it is. TY!
