Scandal-ridden Justin Trudeau has just announced his resignation as Liberal Party leader, but he has prorogued Parliament until March 24th, and will remain Prime Minister until a new “leader” is installed.

Andrew Scheer had vowed to work for the Canadian people, which Harper saw as a threat to his influence as well as that of Power Corp, a Canadian multinational company run by the Desmarais family, with interests and holdings in Canada and around the world.
