On the surface, Child Online Safety Acts seem like exactly what our country needs right now. I have been exposing the threat of social media and propaganda on our youth for many years. Why would I, of all people, oppose “Child Online Safety Laws?”
It’s because these bills are a farce. Power-seekers know how to control people. It’s like an abusive relationship partner, but on a much larger scale. They create issues in your life, and then they provide “solutions” to the issues they made that result in them having more power.
In 1913, the Federal Reserve was created to “stabilize our banking system.” In 2001, the Patriot Act was passed to “protect us from terrorism.” Both were sold to you with good intentions. The real underlying reason was far more sinister. Who would oppose the Patriot Act? Are you not a patriot? Who would oppose Child Online Safety Acts? Are you a creep?
Child Online Safety acts are another radical shift in the US government away from its original structure. It is designed around centralizing power and, in turn, creates a mandatory Digital ID system.
