The CERES team was invited by the Heritage Foundation to contribute a Special Report on what is known about the causes of global warming since the 1850s. We did it pro bono for reasons outlined on our website here.
This new report offers a one-stop summary for a general audience, concerning problems with the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC)'s pseudoscientific assertions that global warming since 1850 is "mostly human-caused". Dr. Willie Soon: The problem is this. They are trying to demonize C02 calling this C02 gas, which is the gas of life, basically a satanic gas. This is very, very wrong b/c what the planet needs, humans, the plants, animals, even the ocean creatures the shellfish they all need more C02! In fact they created ocean acidification to scare people.
This is the conclusion that is very, very firm. There is no doubt about this. Science, when you can reach what they call 5 sigma confidence, we are way beyond 5 sigma in terms of this understanding, so it is very secure knowledge.
[5 sigma is considered the “gold standard” in particle physics because it guarantees an extremely low likelihood of a claim being false.]

It is a universal agreement that C02 is the gas of life. The United States Environmental Protection Agency has been politicized and weaponized against C02. Since then, a plethora of evidence proves climate change is ‘not’ caused by man made C02. The planet is actually able to use water more efficiently when you have high concentrations of C02 proven in the lab and in the real world confirmed by satellite.

EPA declines to publicly release endangerment finding recommendations. The agency said it has briefed the White House on the legality of abandoning a 2009 scientific finding that underpins all greenhouse gas rules.
EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin told the White House whether he plans to abandon the agency’s authority to regulate climate pollution; he’s just not telling the public.
EPA told POLITICO’s E&E News that it was “in compliance” with President Donald Trump’s directive to brief the White House on “the legality and continuing applicability of the 2009 Endangerment finding.” The finding — that greenhouse gases endanger human health — is the basis for all U.S. climate rules.
