LED lighting hidden dangers
Nov 12.24
Dr. Alexander Wunsch is a physician, researcher and lecturer in light medicine and photobiology. His special interest is light effects and positive/negative health effects of solar radiation and artificial light sources at endocrine and cellular levels in humans. As one of the world’s top photobiologists Dr. Wunsch has been warning the public for years about the dangers of governments phasing out incandescent lighting.

It’s not a message the LED industry, governments looking to cut carbon emissions, or consumers saving money on electricity want to hear. But, as this Harvard Medical School report says, it is “backed up by study after study.”
LED lights lack the near infrared light essential for cellular repair especially in the eyes and mitochondria where energy is produced. 01:26 mins https://old.bitchute.com/video/AFcYP0ohGnpq/

Dr. Alexander Wunsch reveals hidden dangers of LED lighting most people are completely unaware of. LEDs emit nonanalog light that typically has excessive blue frequencies. Regular exposure, especially after sunset, contribute to worsening of sleep and increase in disease.
You have cells in your retina responsible for producing melatonin, which regenerates the retina during the night. If you use LED lights after sunset, you reduce the regenerative and restoring capacities of your eyes, raising your risk for macular degeneration, a leading cause of blindness.
LED light can exacerbate chronic disease of all kinds by promoting mitochondrial dysfunction and suppressing energy production in your cells. LED light, including that from electronic screens, suppresses melatonin production, thereby disrupting sleep, which also has far-reaching health consequences. 35:59 mins
His message is clear: blue light, isolated from all other colors on the light spectrum, is damaging our retinas and disrupting our endocrine systems resulting in all sorts of physical and mental illness. While LEDs (light-emitting diodes) are up to 95 % more energy efficient than incandescent bulbs, we are paying for that savings with our health.
Blue/green blocking glasses optimize sleep and immunity

I share this 2020 video to emphasize …
05:40 mins Remember, the key frequencies where most melatonin is made is 435 - 465 nanometers but the way the retina is built and the melanopsin receptors are built, it goes all the way up to 550 nanometers. That spills out into the green range so you've got to be careful not only with the blue but some of the green as well.
Blue AND green blocking glasses
I found on amazon.ca Teravan Somnus Blue and Green Wavelength Blocking OTG Fitover Glasses.
None of the clip on glasses I found block over 510 nanometers to include the green range.
Shadow side of LED street lights
15 min s.m.a.r.t. city LED street lights can easily be equipped with cameras, recording devices and surveillance equipment. Is the push to convert to LED street lights more about bio-hazard 15 min cities where 5G pulsed, data-modulated, radiofrequency microwave radiation a known human carcinogen prevail and less about efficiency and cost savings?
