If you scroll down at the left side and click on "Areas of global significance for conservation" you'll see which areas the global tapeworm class wants to get their hands on for various (nefarious) reasons. Acapulco is red (highly significant). https://explorer.naturemap.earth/map

And less than ONE YEAR AGO...

nearly every window was smashed in a completely unexpected storm, in fact people in England knew more about the forecast than those in Acapulco.

Hurricane Otis was one of the strongest storms in recorded history to hit the Pacific Coast of Mexico. Having strengthened from a tropical storm to a category 5 hurricane in just over 12 hours, the storm caught forecasters and the city of Acapulco off-guard when it made landfall on October 25, 2023.
