Kudos to Jason for making a brilliant movie. He did mention that the images that go into our mind is what lures us to the agenda someone else wants of us. The antidote to it is to keep in our mind, images of what we WANT to see in the world, as opposed to what we don't want. It's ok to talk about or see the bad images occasionally but we must be aware of the ratios we input negative and positive images and thoughts and always think more of that which we want.
