I titled the presentation "Canadian Moonshot Goals and Sense-Making Transition to Society 5.0" and spoke on "nudges" for accepting a transition utilizing Web3 Blockchain Technologies unlocking the door to the Multiverse (which is the architecture of Extended Reality (XR)). This would involve Cyber-Physical Systems and Tokenization for the completion of tasks. I also get into Precision Medicine with Nova Nordisk and Martin Maier's work. I speak on Biotechnology as addressed by the House of Commons Standing Committee on Science and Research relating that to Mississauga's Community Garden [and Smart City Mater Plan].
Organizations I speak about are Policy Horizons, Optical Zeitgeist Laboratory, Ecosource, ISO, IEC, DARPA, BARDA, etc.

There are sometimes “surreal” experiences in my work as a physicist… when a measurement does more than quantify a phenomenon, but rather reveals a relationship that was always there, quietly structuring the system, waiting to be noticed.
The electromagnetic field generated by the heart organises itself in a toroidal pattern. Basically a continuous flow looping outward from the body and folding back through a central axis. This is a natural solution in physics for any self-sustaining dynamical system.
Toroidal structures appear wherever energy must circulate without collapse… around planets, within plasma vortices, in magnetic confinement systems, and even in the spin properties of elementary particles.
Heart initiates, brain responds
The heart does not wait for the brain to instruct it… It initiates, and the brain responds. What struck me most was how sensitive this system is to internal coherence.
When emotional and attentional states are stable, the cardiac signal becomes more ordered. The heart follows the same logic, because it is governed by the same field equations…
From this microscopic locus, electrical and magnetic activity propagates outward, coupling not only with cardiac tissue, but with the nervous system as a whole.
The heart does not wait for the brain to instruct it… It initiates, and the brain responds. What struck me most was how sensitive this system is to internal coherence.
When emotional and attentional states are stable, the cardiac signal becomes more ordered. Its frequency spectrum narrows… Variability becomes structured rather than erratic… This, in truth, is signal analysis.
Under these conditions, heart rhythms entrain neural oscillations, particularly in regions involved in perception, memory, and interoception. In effect, the heart behaves less like a pump and more like a biological reference oscillator.

Heart Coherence and Field Activation

Humans are taught to hustle, strive, and force our way to achieve success. Nature operates differently and so can we b/c we are more than just a body. Humans are broadcasting stations radiating frequencies that either harmonize with reality or distort it.
When we activate our heart’s Toroidal field, a measurable electromagnetic energy pattern flows from the heart upwards through our crown and interacts with the quantum Field. Once the torus pattern is activated, our very presence becomes magnetic, clear, and aligned with flow. We stop chasing outcomes and start attracting experiences that are coded for our evolution.
