X | Updates to our Terms and Privacy Policy
We’re updating our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to ensure transparency as well as to incorporate X’s new products, services, and features.
Here’s a high-level recap of the primary changes that go into effect on November 15, 2024. You may see an in-app notice about these updates as well.
Governing law and forum changes: For users residing outside of the European Union, EFTA States, and the United Kingdom, we’ve updated the governing law and forum for lawsuits to Texas as specified in our terms. For users residing in the European Union, EFTA States, and the United Kingdom, our terms are now governed by Irish law and the forum for lawsuits is Ireland to the extent permitted by law.
Additional details regarding how long we keep your information: We retain certain information to provide you with our products and services, comply with our legal requirements, and maintain the safety and security of our products and services. We’ve updated our Privacy Policy to clarify the types of information we keep and their retention periods.
AI and machine learning clarifications: We’ve added language to our Privacy Policy to clarify how we may use the information you share to train artificial intelligence models, generative or otherwise.
Updates to our enforcement provisions: We’ve updated our Terms of Service to clarify the license we grant you to use the services and our ability to enforce these terms.
Updates to reflect how our products and services work: We’ve incorporated updates to better reflect how our existing and upcoming products, features, and services work.
For recipients of the X service in the European Union: In addition to the changes described above, if you are a recipient of the X service in the European Union, we’ve updated our ‘Summary of Terms’ to help you understand you may challenge certain decisions we make under the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) via our internal process or out-of-court dispute settlement as described here.
If you continue to use our products or services on or after November 15, 2024, you are agreeing to the updated X Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

AI vs. Highest Authority/God/Creator
By X stating they “may use the information you share to train artificial intelligence models, generative or otherwise” means using X is ‘consent’ to train AI to mimic man and likely transform our species into man/machine hybrids.
Self protect
Be mindful of everything you do online b/c it is consent to be data mined, profiled and locked into an information silo used to destroy nations, families, societies and our species from within through global information control.

Information silos
Information silos are designed to keep man isolated in a personal echo chamber of what we believe to be true, reinforced over and over through algorithms to the point where what each of us sees, we believe true, and are so passionate about our beliefs we end up pitted against one another; prey to ruling entities’ divide and conquer strategy.
AI needs data to survive
Everyone who shares information without validating content is authentic and the source is trustworthy, not controlled opposition, teaches AI what we do not want, perpetuates harm and advances a world coup.
X: Freedom of speech not freedom of reach
Did Elon Musk buy X to save free speech or to have a mass of data to train AI?
Objectivity presented in the video is in your best interest to know. Note the contradictions and remember totalitarian regimes take total power over individuals by showering them with contradictory information until they have no way of knowing where the truth lies. 21:53 mins

I joined X as Hurrican Milton made landfall., because I was told that soon many other platforms would be deleted .
Terminated from you tube about a year ago I never belonged to face book or any other social media so far.
Scrolling through I saw a horrendous picture of a MAN SIZED PLUTO knee deep in flood waters holding a child in its arms, at DISNEY WORLD.
I wanted to make a comment but was told I would need to pay a small amount and jump through hoops to prove I was real person, which I did .
"HANDS OFF OUR KIDS " was my comment, a poster wording I have often held in the street.
WHAM! BANG and my ability to be on the internet was removed.
The technician tells me I was cyber attacked and if he had not rebooted my software the way 'they' required my computer would be fried.
I am done with X .
