Covert cadre of leaders

In the Invasion of Eden, Paul Wallis wrote that the ideas of money, perpetual debt through taxation, loss of land ownership, contract law, legal and police systems were all introduced by non-human intelligence to teach human leaders levers of control by which they could manage large and dense populations of people.

Public trust

What if how we live and understand the Universe in which we live, have been dictated to our governments by people you and I never heard of? Non-humans we did not elect and we cannot remove*. Non-humans with no fellow feeling towards you or me or any human being.

*Removing them per se is not the only option.

Elements of disclosure

7:18 mins Non-human disclosure has two elements. The first is the scenario of something happening that is so visible, so undeniable that people around the world would suddenly be confronted with the reality we are in contact with advanced non-human entities. That would be catastrophic disclosure.

The other aspect of catastrophic disclosure is control. If we didn’t control the disclosure it is considered catastrophic. My view is that what has been released in these first four tranches of files declassified by US military intelligence, is not so much about informing the public as giving the general public time to process the idea of contact, to come to terms with it before the reality of it becomes undeniable.

Calculation

We haven’t been shown the entire craft, the nonhuman biologics, the pilots, the metamaterials whose existence was revealed 3 years ago in the Congressional House Oversight Subcommittee hearing of July 26th. We haven’t been shown the high resolution video or high resolution images in possession of US military intelligence on SIPRNet on their secret databases. Documents and old grainy video footage shown may be soft disclosure because the calculation is always ‘what can the public handle’?
