3. Action date: Soonest possible. Senators need to hear from a critical mass of Canadians before they advance Bill S-233.

5. Intended benefits from unified action: Senators reject Bill S-233 and so will MPs reject C-223 when it reaches the House of Commons, to spare Canadians from loss of all privacy, rights and freedoms.
