Reality is constructed by your brain
By Brian Resnick
Interacting with visual illusions in the link below may surprise you b/c the brain unconsciously bends our perception of reality to meet our desires or expectations; and fills in gaps using our past experiences. All of this can bias us.
Visual illusions present clear and interesting challenges for how we live: How do we know what’s real? And once we know the extent of our brain’s limits, how do we live with more humility — and think with greater care about our perceptions?
Rather than showing us how our brains are limited, illusions give us the chance to reveal how the brain works. And how do they work?
If the science tells us our brains are making up a “story” about reality, shouldn’t we be curious about, and even seek out the answers to, how that reality might be mistaken?
What are subliminal messages?
By Lucia Wang
Nov 04, 2016
We cannot become consciously aware of subliminal stimuli even if we look for it. Absolute threshold is defined as the lowest level of stimulus we can detect, be it visual, auditory, or sensory, etc. When an external stimuli falls below ATL, it cannot be detected consciously.
Secondly, subliminal perception is believed to be a result of a deliberately designed communication technique aimed at generating a response, so people will do things they wouldn’t ordinarily do.
How subliminal messaging works
Subconscious behavior is always on autopilot like breathing, blinking, our beating heart. The subconscious processes far more information and extremely fast compared to our conscious mind, which gives us executive control over what we can think, judge, feel and experience with awareness.
To our knowledge, subliminal messages target two senses: visual and auditory. Under each category, there are several techniques.
There is a science to subliminal messaging and no matter how much we want to be in control of our reactions, we are subject to external influences with and without our awareness. https://visme.co/blog/subliminal-messages/
Drawing on insights from his Uncle, Sigmund Freud, Edward Bernays developed an approach he dubbed “the engineering of consent.” He provided leaders the means to “control and regiment the masses according to our will without their knowing about it.” To do so, it was necessary to appeal not to the rational part of the mind, but the unconscious.
“Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society constitute an invisible government, which is the true ruling power of our country. We are governed, our minds are molded, our tastes formed, and our ideas suggested, largely by men we have never heard of…. It is they who pull the wires that control the public mind”. Edward Bernays.
Mind hack 101
If we are to survive and thrive in upcoming years, Jason believes all citizens must comprehend mind hacking processes to protect ourselves from further psychological manipulation illustrated in the following.
The Ashe Conformity Experiment
Mind control 01:57 mins
50% of the people tested conformed and gave the wrong answer.
Secret answers on paper reduced conformity to 12%.
Only 25% held their ground to what they knew is true, right and just.

What can group pressure make us do?
In ‘The Push’, Derren Brown exposes psychological secrets of obedience and social compliance. He expertly lifts the lid on the terrifying truth that, when confronted with authority, our natural instinct is to unflinchingly obey without question – to such an extent that even the most moral people can be made to commit the most horrendous acts, simply because they are told to do so.
Max Major hacks Howie Mandal’s subconscious mind [live]

Standard equipment built into the human body
By Jason Christoff
Max Major was able to hack Howie Mandel’s subconscious mind to get exactly the 4 o’clock b/c during Max’s walk on the Hollywood backdrop he used the words perf4m, perf4mance, bef4, comf4table, and even asked Howie ‘Are you up 4 it?”. That was the fifth phonetic ‘4’ in his talk purposefully used so Howie’s subconscious mind would perceive being in a ‘4’ tribe [conform], and if I want to bond and be safe I should select 4 b/c 4 is the most repetitive content.
Hacking the mind of man is an ancient practice. No one is immune to this sort of mind hack, which is why all audience members drew the same image. We’ve all been hacked in ways equal to this. If we are hacked in inverted ways, we live an inverted life and get more pain, and ruling predators profit from what is called disaster capitalism, where we keep executing repetitive programming and keep getting disastrous results.
Dormant programming can lay dormant for decades. Combined with movie insertions they are used to hack the minds of man through repetitive programming. Everything on the TV screen and movie screen is not there to entertain, it’s there to entrain.
Max Major hacked Howie Mandal’s subconscious mind using the same techniques global predators use on populations daily.
The above was distilled from the following link where there is more to learn https://rumble.com/v380xhi-jason-christoff.html?start=286 I started at 05:00 mins.
What else entrails? Brain waves, heart rates, respiratory rates... what are the applications to communication?
How to improve your journey through life
Your conscious mind is a bit like the captain of a ship standing on the bridge giving out orders. In reality it’s the crew in the engine room below deck (the subconscious and the deeper unconscious) that carry out the orders. The captain may be in charge of the ship and give the orders but its the crew that actually guides the ship, all according to what training they had been given over the years to best do so.
To affect change in your life at a core level you will have to work on your programs held in the unconscious mind. The place to start doing that is in the conscious mind.
By continuously being in charge of your own thoughts through directing your focus and using visualization, you can influence what programs the subconscious mind constantly runs. Do this often enough (and with enough emotional energy) then it will start to reprogram your unconscious internal representation and belief system.
And when that happens you’ll experience change on a very deep level!
It’s very much a top down approach. After all, it’s how your habits, behaviors and beliefs were created in the first place. Give it a try and see how it works for you. And remember, enjoy the journey!
