The CDC did let it be known

The CDC in Nov 2021 published a document on preparedness for the pandemic of zombies. So the plan is there.
What needs to be understood is that every virus, bacteria, parasite has an electromagnetic code b/c we are bioelectric beings. We are electricity and water. Graphene is a receptor of electromagnetic frequency and has other properties of superconductivity. Theoretically, they [globalists] can induce any disease in people with a lot of graphene nanoparticles in their body. It can also induce behavior.
This is very important #1 b/c of what they are planning/predicting is Ebola, which is Marburg. Ebola is a disease where people bleed and it’s very impressive. #2 They are predicting a zombie pandemic. 06:29 mins https://rumble.com/vu0bo2-dr.-astrid-stuckelberger-on-possible-zombie-pandemic.html?mref=lveqv&mc=48pz1
Center for Disease Control
Mar 05, 2021
If zombies were to start roaming the streets – yes, we said zombies – the Center for Disease Control and Prevention wants you to be prepared.
In the midst of providing guidelines on an unprecedented pandemic, the CDC updated its tips to prepare for another extreme occurrence: A zombie apocalypse.
While the CDC says it began as a "tongue-in-cheek campaign," it actually is a practical guide for any emergency, like hurricanes, earthquakes or floods.
"You may laugh now, but if/when it happens you’ll be happy you read this," the CDC wrote on its website. "And hey, maybe you’ll even learn a thing or two about how to prepare for a real emergency."

Mental health the invisible pandemic
Apr 26, 2024
The COVID-19 pandemic disrupted normal life in ways previously unimaginable. Extended periods of isolation, financial insecurity, fear of infection, and loss of loved ones coalesced and took a toll on individuals' mental well-being. Feelings of anxiety, depression, stress and loneliness are universal, creating an overwhelming psychological burden that affects people of all ages, backgrounds and socioeconomic status. Lives have been affected and altered, and meanwhile, the global village is content to proverbially bury its head in the sand and hope to ignore the problem away.

Emergency supply kit
Water (1 gallon per person per day)
Food (stock up on non-perishable items that you eat regularly)
Medications (this includes prescription and non-prescription meds)
Tools and Supplies (utility knife, duct tape, battery powered radio, etc.)
Sanitation and Hygiene (household bleach, soap, towels, etc.)
Clothing and Bedding (a change of clothes for each family member and blankets)
Important documents (copies of your driver’s license, passport, and birth certificate to name a few)
First Aid supplies (although you’re a goner if a zombie bites you, you can use these supplies to treat basic cuts and lacerations that you might get during a tornado or hurricane)
Have a plan
Once you’ve made your emergency kit, sit down with family to create an emergency plan. This includes where you would go and who you would call if zombies started appearing outside your door step, if there is a flood, earthquake, or other emergency.
Identify the types of emergencies that are possible in your area. Besides a zombie apocalypse, this may include floods, tornadoes, or earthquakes. If you are unsure contact local authorities for more information.
Pick a meeting place for your family to regroup in case your home is invaded … or your town evacuates b/c of a hurricane. Pick one place right outside your home for sudden emergencies and one place outside your neighborhood in case you are unable to return home right away.
Identify your emergency contacts. Make a list of local contacts like the police, fire department, etc. Also identify an out-of-state contact you can call during an emergency to let the rest of your family know you are ok.
Plan your evacuation route in case you need to get out of town fast. Plan where you would go and multiple routes you would take ahead of time. This is also helpful when natural disasters strike and you have to take shelter fast.
Be prepared
If disaster strikes you might not have access to food, water, or electricity for some time. Take steps now to be prepared in case something happens. You should have emergency kits for your home, office, school, and/or vehicle. Prepare for special needs, children, pets and more. PDF check list etc. at https://archive.ph/kLi1S
