Yes, absolutely. I know that a resolution is not law and that we're under military rule. I follow Bailiwick news on substack and Katherine Watt did amazing work laying bare the framework that they used to accomplish that. However, mass murder, democide, can never be 'legalized'. It would really make people think; both the county (town council) officials as those who hear their advice. How many people don't think but just follow authority?
