What would I ask the police?

A freedom of information request to police in Ontario is presently in progress. I was asked what questions I would ask police to include in the FOIA. My questions are below with references for FOIA originators. Some can be asked in any country.

Questions

1.   What prevents police from doing their duty to ensure the safety and security of all persons and property in Ontario?

2. Are you aware that the Genetic Non-Discrimination Act protects Canadians from having to disclose genetic test results?

3. Are you aware that Canada has a criminal BAN on anything that affects our genome since the HUMAN GENOME has to be protected as specified in the Principals of the Assisted Human Reproduction Act S.C. 2004, c. 2?

   genome means the totality of the deoxyribonucleic acid sequence of a particular cell. 
   Prohibited activities
   5.1  (f) alter the genome of a cell of a human being or in vitro embryo such that the alteration is capable of being transmitted to descendants;
          (i) create a chimera [nanotech?]or transplant a chimera into either a human
   being or a non-human life form;

7. Are you aware there is no climate crisis? It is a hoax by omission because chemical trails discharged from planes 24/7 for decades and their environmental impact were never factored into climate change equations?
