It was suggested that higher level conscious beings will take care of dark entities at higher levels of the power structure, leaving real man living souls to deal with dark entities at lower levels. Unsure if deaths, cancer, etc. the past two months are related.

Richard, rulers can print money anytime they want, confiscate precious metals, increase and/or introduce new taxes. War keeps population levels in check, rulers arm both sides of a war for profit b/c they 'all' work for the same boss, they benefit from C’est Que Vie payouts of the deceased, other spoils of war, get away with it every single time, and people ‘still’ vote for politicians.
