Everyone is trying to "wake others up" but they're just running on the spot because maybe those who are still asleep won't wake up. What does that mean for the rest of us? We need to get talking to others who know and get over all this "gee whizz look how bad things are and what they've been doing" routine. What are WE doing - that's what counts.
I recommend we start by adopting another calendar, alongside the Roman calendar. That is a sign that we are making our own choices and it will have impact in Rome I am sure. But there is nothing they can do about it. We simply start citing another calendar (I recommend the 13 moon calendar but not all the esoteric stuff in it, merely the system) because it is very easy. We cite it whenever we cite the Roman calendar like so: October 27, 2023 (Day 10, Fourth Moon, 003) The "003" refers to the new century that some of us started in 2020. This is the start of reclaiming our sovereignty.
Another thing we could do is use a local currency to exchange with people you know. This would bring commerce back to the local area and help with decentralization.
