A useful summary to understand how the Deep State and those in charge of the UFO files are using The Phenomenon to promote their own interests rather than a sincere effort at transparency, Disclosure and an end to The Truth Embargo.
War provides the pretext for centralizing power; the introduction of new weapons; the conquest of foreign lands that provide needed resources such as oil, precious minerals, farmlands; and access to ports….all while forcing the population to collude in a nation’s imperial designs!
The current Ukraine crisis demonstrates this pattern with UFOs providing a fear-based narrative that allows for the weaponization of space to deal with the alien threat as well as distracting from domestic crises as the war expands via mission creep and escalation of the fighting.

We humans have a lot of discovering to do. We have so lived under a false reality, a hypnosis is a good metaphor. Getting out of it, having clarity, puts us in a totally different realm. When we discover the function of the universe - as far as we can interpret - and to me that function seems to be to provide all earthly needs by earthy resources. We need to comprehend the realm of matter as it is the first level. However matter doesn't happen alone, there are like epigenetics to matter, I call it consciousness, visualization and intent. These are concepts we are just beginning to fathom and sharing them means we open a plethora of color and clarity to our seemingly insurmountable problems. For example, all we need to do is get off the bankster's money. Once a good number of individuals decide to do this, they will seek alternatives. They will ask around. That's what discovery consists of. At this juncture all that is needed is to talk about any subject, to bring everything into the light. Punishment is not needed, just exposure.
