Like shingles, hantavirus is listed as a side effect on page 33 of Pfizer’s Appendix 1: LIST OF ADVERSE EVENTS OF SPECIAL INTEREST.

“Hantavirus pulmonary infection” appears in that list along with the surrounding terms you see: “Haemorrhagic vasculitis; Hantavirus pulmonary infection; Hashimoto’s encephalopathy; Hashitoxicosis; Hemimegalencephaly; Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis; …” etc.
