Seven Dutch citizens injured by the COVID-19 modRNA injections have sued seventeen defendants in a Dutch civil court. Two of the seven have since died, according to the case overview published by the plaintiffs’ side.
The defendants include Bill Gates, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, former Dutch Prime Minister and current NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, and the State of the Netherlands. The rest are Dutch ministers, public-health officials, a pharmacovigilance director and two national news editors, all displayed in the case’s published defendant profiles:
The injured plaintiffs seek to hold the defendants personally liable under Dutch tort law, using their private assets.
Gates tried to argue that the Dutch court has no jurisdiction over him. He lost that argument in October 2024 and was ordered to pay the plaintiffs’ costs - as reported by De Telegraaf, and covered by Check Your Fact. And it’s a morsel of hope that the likes of Gates, Bourla, et al. - AKA technocratic-biomedical global elites - may not be above the law after all.

Your Reflex Says “This Just Can’t Be Right!”
Most people who will read the Case Overview feel the same reflex: “Gates, Pfizer, bioweapons, the great reset? Are you kidding me? If this were real, I would be hearing about it all over TV and radio news!” Logicians have a name for this common human reflex, this cognitive bias and fallacy. It’s the argument from personal incredulity. Like so many COVID-era truths that are almost impossible to believe, this is one of them. But that doesn’t make them false.
