Calgary Water Crisis Smells Like Covid
By Chuck Black
June 25.24
Our top story is all about what many locals are calling a “fake” water crisis, which continues to affect the lives of Calgary residents weeks after the initial problem was discovered, and was expected to be solved. Activists on both sides of the fence are now calling the situation a “warning” to others.
As outlined in the June 21st, 2024 CBC News post, “Calgary's water crisis is a 'wake-up call' for every city in Canada, warn infrastructure experts,” major infrastructure collapses are expected shortly in other major Canadian cities.
So we all need to do is wait for the collapse and eventual panic or maybe for the government to take over and lead us to the promised land.
It’s almost as if Canadian governments have taken the government playbook used during the great pandemic of 2020 – 2022 and updated it for the current Calgary water shortage.
Twice daily updates from the mayor’s office, detailing complaints about people watering outdoors, the number of warnings and $3000 tickets issued to combat excess water usage. 05:26 mins
At first, when the expectation was that it was 7 days to fix the system, people were proudly providing detailed description on how they are sacrificing to conserve water by not showering ad not watering their gardens. Over time, repair estimates grew to 5-8 weeks and then the June 11th, 2024 City News on YouTube post, “Calgary to consider permanent watering schedule,” noted that Calgary city council is considering implementing permanent restrictions on water usage.

Rare Diamond Confirms Earth's Mantle Holds an Ocean's Worth of Water
2014 "It's actually the confirmation that there is a very, very large amount of water that's trapped in a really distinct layer in the deep Earth," said Graham Pearson, lead study author and a geochemist at the University of Alberta in Canada. https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/rare-diamond-confirms-that-earths-mantle-holds-an-oceans-worth-of-water/
How Primary Water Can Solve the Global Water Crisis
There is a source of fresh water never mentioned in the mainstream media, or widely understood by geologists. This forgotten resource is called primary water.
Most water conservation agencies today focus on managing atmospheric water in the form of surface runoff and ground water, while negligible consideration is given to primary water. Pressuring up from deep within the earth through rock fissures, primary water is virtually limitless and clean. According to recent research, water within the earth exceeds five times the amount of water in all the world’s oceans.
Drilling for primary water looks similar to drilling for ground water. The main difference in accessing primary water is that it requires drilling into a geologic fissure or fault to release the primary water that has risen near the surface. Locating well sites for primary water requires special training and experience. There are countless primary water wells that have been functioning for decades all over California and around the world.
“It’s hard to get the point across that the Earth makes water. We can access it and solve our problems. Clean, virtually infinite sources of water are right under our feet.” --- Pal Pauer | Founder, 1941-2022
Primary water advantages
New water for a thirsty world
By Michael Salzman
1960
This book projects a theory that: (1) there are everlasting supplies of new waters in little-explored, solid-rock fissures within the earth; and (2) they originate from chemical processes occurring there and are unrelated to the familiar ground water, dependent on insoak, which man conventionally taps to supplement surface supplies.
These new waters, the author asserts, can be scientifically located and economically brought to the surface, even in deserts. Examples are cited. This would be a boon to our present dilemma -a rapidly closing gap between water demands and the fixed supply of the hydrologic cycle.
Water pollution and its health implications are briefly discussed. Mentioned is "the constant pollution of our drinking water by hundreds of new chemical products whose effects on human health are totally unknown." The author projects a possible link between today's increasing chronic (cancer and cardiovascular-renal) disease rate and drinking water supplies. The Garlock Project - Drilling for Primary Water in the Tehachapi’s
2016
Pal Pauer’s mentor Hydrologist and Mining Engineer Dr. Stephan Riess was convinced that the primary water source for California City (California) originated from the Garlock Fault. His dream for testing his hypothesis materialized when Pal Pauer drilled two test boreholes adjacent to the Garlock Fault in the Tehachapi Mountains at a 6,000-foot elevation. The outcome is remarkable! 20:17 mins
Water beyond politics
INTERVIEW WITH PAL PAUER:
The following dialogue explains in detail the Primary and Secondary Water Cycles Chart, the copyright illustration shown at the water-cycle tab page on the website of primarywaterinstitute.org Today we’re going to explain in detail the illustration you see before you, which shows the primary and secondary water cycles. You’ll see that the mantle of the earth contains H2O, that primary water is created deep within the earth from the synthesis of hydrogen and oxygen under tremendous pressure from the earth’s internal heat.

UN Agenda 21 inventory and control plan
Rosa Koire
The Agenda for the 21st Century is a United Nations’ plan agreed to by 179 nations in 1992. It’s a totalitarian state being developed right now all over the world. It is the inventory and control plan; the inventory and control of all land, all water, all minerals, all plants, all animals, all construction, all means of production, all food, all energy, all information, and all human beings in the world. 05:15 mins
The truth
It’s what individuals ‘do’ with the truth that can set us free. Presently, too few people know the truth about a world coup so please share this information. Encourage people to do their own research and inform key influencers and politicians so they know we know the truth b/c our strength is in numbers and water is needed to survive. TY!
