Rain water can be tasty.

Just as I predicted. Local and state government will have no say in this.

So, how come these facilities have been announced as private?

The are not data centers, but nuclear power stations and water reservoirs for the underground shelters, where a few will be allowed. The left will be left without food, water, and power, not necessarily right away, but it can start anytime after the complexes are completed:

In the meanwhile, let the peasants be preoccupied with the "violation" of their non-existent privacy.

This clarifies somethings that have not been spoken of before.

. If the future security of the USA is dependant of “thinking” faster, planning and understanding better, percieving true reality more accurately and more comprehensively than the USAs enemies and competitors ( commercially and militarily).

And if these data centers are the critical infrastructure required to achieve that security.

Then they are national security assets necessary to protect all Americans and must be expedited for that reason alone.

It is a new kind of arms race we cannot afford to lose.

Times they are a changin’.
