Is Canada "joining" the EU so that Canadian banks can become part of the corrupt, money laundering Eurodollar system? "In simple terms, a Eurodollar is a US dollar that is deposited in banks outside of the United states. The Eurodollar market is a key player in the global financial system, with an estimated $13.7 trillion in circulation as of 2019. From the point of view of US banks, Eurodollars are a way to expand their reach and access a larger pool of capital. For foreign banks, Eurodollars offer a way to hold assets in a stable currency that is widely accepted in international trade."
