In my view, coherence requires humans to mature emotionally, recognize interference patterns engineered to increase entropy, transmute those patterns, cooperate with one another and contribute to evolving higher consciousness.

Quantum computing plus artificial(?) intelligence brings on The Singularity.
Individual Death is a true Singularity event.
The Singularity thus may be total extinction of all now known biological life forms, at least in this space time domain.
After that, only religion has hypothetical answers, such as Heaven and Hell, consciousness truly without time bound.
