I published a breakdown of the CIA’s Gateway Report in February. The classified 1983 document was produced by US Army Lieutenant Colonel Wayne M. McDonnell, with a technical power-assist from mastermind Israeli-American biomedical engineer Itzhak Bentov.
For the uninitiated, astral projection is mostly interchangeable with the psycho-physical phenomena of out-of-body experiences and remote viewing. With the right guidance and technologies astral projectors believe we can train our consciousness to move beyond the confines of the space-time dimension.
McDonnell states early in the report that his goal was to "construct a scientifically valid and reasonably lucid model of how consciousness functions" in order to put "out-of-body states into the language of physical science to remove the stigma of its occult connotations."
The report introduces methodological frames of reference like hypnosis, transcendental meditation, spiritual belief systems, biofeedback, quantum physics, and universal holograms so its intended audience—CIA top brass—might merely begin to grasp its and our bigger reason for being. By the bottom of page 24, McDonnell reaches a full existential crescendo, broaching the very nature of reality itself. It’s a cliff-hanger:

The universe is composed of interacting energy fields, some at rest and some in motion. It is, in and of itself, one gigantic hologram of unbelievable complexity. According to theories of Karl Pribram, a neuroscientist at Stanford University, and David Bohm, a physicist at the University of London, the human mind is also a hologram, which attunes itself to the universal hologram by the medium of energy exchange thereby deducing meaning and achieving the state we call consciousness.
… matter and energy tend to be misleading if taken to indicate two distinctly different states of existence in the physical world. If the term matter is taken to mean solid substance as opposed to energy, which is understood to mean a force of some sort, then the use of the former is entirely misleading. Science now knows that both the electrons, which spin in the energy field located around the nucleus of the atom and the nucleus itself, are made up of nothing more that oscillating energy grids.
Solid matter, in the strict construction of the term, simply does not exist. Rather, atomic structure is composed of oscillating energy grids surrounded by other oscillating energy grids which orbit at extraordinarily high speeds.
… the entire human being, brain, consciousness and all is, like the universe which surrounds him, nothing more or less than an extraordinarily complex system of energy fields.

Third dimensional living is built on and manifests from what is already known and accepted in a universal consciousness of duality, separation, and two powers. Because they do not yet understand that all answers lie within, the majority continues looking to the "experts" in all areas of life--religion, philosophy, education, law, medicine, government etc. for answers, truth, and knowledge.
Because most experts research, draw information, and come to conclusions through the three dimensional belief system, the facts they promote and which have come to be accepted as the final word on a topic, will change as consciousness changes, leaving these experts and those dependent on their findings confused, angry, lashing out, and resisting as new ideas begin to surface.
HEADS UP...
The world is moving into a new and higher energy but cannot do it over night nor can an exact date be determined because the consciousness of mankind is creating it. There is a great deal of assistance to earth at this time from the higher dimensional realms, but free will determines that mankind must do the work.
The third dimension is a dimension of time and space. If an individual were to suddenly be infused with the fullness of high dimensional energy their physical body would not be able to handle it and would die.
Spiritual evolution is a gradual awakening into higher awareness through experience, receptivity to change, and the acceptance of one's innate personal power. For eons of time mankind has looked to others to make decisions for them in the false belief that others were smarter, braver, wiser, holier, and more qualified.
This does not mean that you never evaluate the ideas of those who have studied and work in areas of guidance or those who have lived through the very experiences that you may be dealing with, but does mean that you trust your intuition with the final word. ~onenessofall~
