The network is being built by SpaceX's Starshield business unit under a $1.8 billion contract signed in 2021 with the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), an intelligence agency that manages spy satellites, the sources said.

"The National Reconnaissance Office is developing the most capable, diverse, and resilient space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance system the world has ever seen," a spokesperson said.

The Pentagon is already a big SpaceX customer, using its Falcon 9 rockets to launch military payloads into space. Starshield's first prototype satellite launched in 2020 was part of a separate roughly $200 million contract that helped position SpaceX for the subsequent $1.8 billion award, one of the sources said.

DB: There is iqt, a CIA funded group working with Musk. He got funding from the government that then passes laws that you have to get an electric car in order to live in this society. Everything Musk does appears to be intertwined with CIA and government. He bought a communications company with Twitter that he’s turning into X. He’ll have more satellites running the internet of things interconnected with every camera and tracking system following us.

JJ: This takes us back to the 1930s, the depression in the USA and people looking for another way to govern themselves. An organization called Technocracy Inc., an educational movement, introduced the idea of no borders, no countries, just one gigantic continental land mass called the Technate of America. A techno utopia run by engineers, scientists and experts.

A world based on energy consumption not $

They wanted to organize world economies without money. They didn’t want people with jobs to get paid in money. They wanted to organize the world based on energy consumption, where each person received a monthly allotment, similar to universal basic income. Everything would be priced in energy to use each month. 

DB: Remove the borders and let scientists run this new space not politicians?

JJ: Yes, and a lot of similarities to what the World Economic Forum is talking about. The article reads, “Back in the first half of the 20th century, a group called Technocracy Inc. wanted to reorganize society by putting scientists in charge. The movement flamed out, but its underlying message still appeals to many in Silicon Valley.”

Joshua Haldeman was a leader of Technocracy Inc. in Canada 1936 to 1941. He eventually became disillusioned with the organization and country so he packed up his young family to start life anew in South Africa. In June 1971, Haldeman’s daughter Maeve gave birth to his first grandson. His name is Elon Musk.”

DB: Coincidence? His grandfather had a dream about a technocratic world where science runs the world. We’re not making any accusations here. We’re laying out what we should all know as we try to figure out people around us. I get the sense he is trying to do what is right but what does his right mean? What is Elon Musk’s right in comparison to the rights of the rest of us? Am I going to have a choice when you keep pushing m-RNA vaccine technology and advancing these things and we’re rushing science? Imagine a world run by scientists, as we have shown up to this point in the show, that science isn’t actually being done. Elon Musk Through His Lens, Not Yours

Elon Musk, can be particularly difficult to understand without experience with anyone else who uses his particular lens to view the world.

Elon Musk is a long game thinker, an INTJ “mastermind” who has his own plan mapped out 20 steps ahead of everyone else. INTJ personalities are rare, comprising about 2.1% of the population - but all INTJs do this. It’s simply how the INTJ mind works. Elon Musk just happens to be extremely adept at it.

Elon Musk simply plays a better game of real world chess than everyone else by nature of the way he processes the world around him - the proof is in his net worth.

His decision making is purely mercenary. He has no particular attachment to any ideology because that would be bad for business. Self-interest in the purest sense of the term would be the only lens in this case which is NOT bad for business. There are pros and cons to everything. I am merely making a statement of what IS.
