This latest Honest Government Ad is a serious warning to Canada from Australia, which acts as a cautionary tale about harms of the LNG gas export industry. Hence the cameo (spoiler alert) from our own Aussie climate bastards. Woodside. And that’s before we even get to links between Ksi Lisims—the proposed LNG export terminal in northern British Columbia—and Trump’s Drill Baby Drill buddies and shitty MAGA oligarchs.
Canadian media has been virtually silent about this story and thus most Canadians know nothing about what’s about to go down.
This should be concerning to all Canadians: Ksi Lisims isn’t just bad for the climate, energy bills and food security; it’s also a threat to Canadian sovereignty, being entirely owned by US MAGA shitlords. You know, the folks who want to make Canada the 51st state. Well it’s happening—via LNG.

While B.C. and Canadian governments emphasized the Nisg̱a’a Lisims Government’s stake in the Ksi Lisims project, documents filed with the B.C. government show the primary owner and operator of Ksi Lisims is Texas-based Western LNG. Employees of Western LNG, which has offices in Houston, Texas and Vancouver, met with senior provincial government officials 69 times since the beginning of 2024, according to B.C. lobbying records.
