From what I understand, in the USA a federal case ruling can be used in several states however state courts can only be relied upon in their state not others. Would someone like to comment?

Smart city is euphemism for surveillance
24:04 mins ‘Smart city’ is a marketing term. Glaser gained access to records from the City of Los Angeles [LA] and did his own independent research on smart city roll outs. LA is selling out City services to giant companies like Oracle, Microsoft, Amazon. Amazon gains access to citizen information they surveil then sell the information to data brokers. Glaser sued the City and asked them to turn over ‘all’ their smart city documents, contacts, emails. Glaser won a court order for the records to be turned over, to be rolled out over the next four months.
Lawsuit to protect privacy is a three part plan.
1] Educational: expose the nightmare of surveillance,
2] Litigation for the rights of children to opt out and not be surveilled by the system,
3] Opt-in rights passed by state legislators. Governments and corporations not allowed to possess your DNA, not allowed to possess your biometric information unless you expressly give new permission regularly. They have to disclose how they use your information. If you do not give permission regularly they are not allowed to possess it. If they possess it and you catch them you become a millionaire b/c they have to pay you.

29:29 mins LA will have CIA whole home smart meter surveillance everywhere in 2028. LA Council adopted UN 2030 sustainable development goals as their official policy including 16.9 digital ID. LA plans to become the first 5G City. There are 2,650/5g devices attached to city street lights. Amazon sidewalks integrate facial recognition technology. The City’s plan is to monetize them by selling information to 3rd parties.

The word for blame in the ancient language of Hebrew is satan; we have too much satan in our lives, too much blame. At a deep subconscious level when people are honest they admit they don’t really want solutions, they want to complain. It’s easy to complain b/c then it’s someone else’s fault. Until we fix the root issue of ‘blame’ the wars and destruction continue. The LA City Code Digital of Ethics document was pivotal to Glaser’s win in court. Judges are conservative, they don’t like to rock the boat. Judges like pre-vetted information from government records. The more you give it to them the better.

A fundamental difference between a classical computer most of us use and a quantum computer is entirely new algorithms.
