Paleocontact refers to intelligent extraterrestrial beings (a.k.a. ancient astronauts) who visited Earth in the distant past influencing human culture and are featured throughout the bible.
Genesis 6 - Hybridization

Elohim [context]
The word Elohim mentioned over 2,000 times in the Old Testament (Hebrew Bible) was interpreted to mean god and/or gods, a masculine plural word. Reading an English translation makes this easy to miss b/c the bible refers to God, the LORD, the Almighty. Different words that research reveals are not God the Source of all creation.

a. A lesson in exact observance
Nadab and Abihu, sons of Aaron, each took his censer, put fire in it and incense on the fire, and presented unlawful fire before Yahweh, fire which he had not prescribed for them. Then from Yahweh’s presence a flame leaped out and consumed them, and they perished in the presence of Yahweh.
b. Removal of bodies
Moses summoned Mishael and Elzaphan, sons of Aaron’s uncle Uzziel, and said to them, ‘Come and take your brothers far away from the sanctuary, out of the camp’.

Does a fire snorting entity in physical form that burns humans alive after they tried to please him, sound like God the Source of all Creation?
