Whitney Webb exposes deep state plan
Clayton Morris [CM] Is a massive cyber attack false flag on the American people being set up to disrupt the 2024 election? It turns out, U.S. intel agencies have been running table top exercises on this exact scenario, and Department of Homeland Security head Alejandro Mayorkas says the greatest cyber threat to America is something called ‘killware’.
Whitney Webb [WW] Years ago, head of the World Economic Forum Klaus Schwab talked about a cyber pandemic, which he implied in the near future would have significantly worse consequences for people worldwide than covid; a cyber pandemic meaning a series of cyber attacks.
Who is responsible?
02:59 mins [WW] The other group besides Microsoft is Recorded Future, created with seed funding from Google Ventures and CIA’s In-Q-Tel. They rarely if ever provide direct evidence as to why a group is Chinese or Iranian or North Korean or Russian. They say, we suspect or this group behaves similarly to a group that is of these nationalities, and we need evidence especially since Wikileaks’ release of Vault 7. The CIA and affiliated intelligence agencies in Five Eyes and beyond can blame any nation state they want, by placing false fingerprints of various nation state actors in cyber attacks they actually conduct themselves.
4:29 mins [CM] Colonel Douglas McGregor believes they may end up canceling the 2024 election and that martial law will be put in place. It will be totally controlled of course. These tabletop exercises seem to suggest this need for martial law would come as a result of a mass massive cyber attack.
Tabletop exercises and what these agencies have been planning
05:15 mins [WW] The exact scenario Colonel McGregor discussed on your show has been simulated four years by the FBI, DHS and various police departments not just in the U.S.. I believe one was done in the United Kingdom as well. The company responsible for this in Boston is called Cybereason, a cyber security company with overt ties to Israeli intelligence.
Essentially what they conducted in the simulation was an attack on the election but it wasn't an attack on the election infrastructure, it was an attack on ‘critical’ infrastructure like hacking traffic lights to cause accidents and killing people in car accidents, hacking self-driving cars to run over people waiting in line to vote, hacking the power grid and things like that.
06:45 mins [WW] Even more unsettling is that the head of Cybereason, Lior Div, says his work at Cybereason is a direct continuation of his service to Israel's Signal Intelligence Agency Unit 8200, and while there Lior Div specialized in offensive cyber attacks targeting other nations, not unlike Ohad Zaidenberg of CTI League.
WEF and Israeli intelligence
Keep in mind the head of WEF partnership against cyber crime who’s leading this push for a regulated internet due to a coming cyber attack on critical infrastructure and the financial system, is an Israeli intelligence operative named Tal Goldstein. He essentially created the model adopted by Ohad Zaidenberg and Lior Div. The policy Goldstein created in 2012 while Netanyahu was Prime Minister, and is still now, is that cyber operations previously conducted by Mossad or other Israeli intelligence agencies in house are now going to be done through private companies.
Israeli intelligence has a deliberate policy of getting the US to preemptively or at least attack Iran first, when they want to bring a regional war to the fore.
08:59 mins [WW] All the companies essentially up to now reported in mainstream media as the ones attributing blame to these nation states, are either funded directly by the CIA or Israeli Intelligence Unit 8200 or people related to these intelligence agencies. We need better evidence than that.
Flip of a switch terror
[CM] Wake up people! Are you paying attention to this? People can yell and say it’s antisemitic, which is ridiculous. These people are funded by intelligence agencies.
We’re seeing runs on banks, people concerned about how they will be able to get cash. We’re being driven away from cash towards a central bank digital currency. The European Central Bank is limiting people’s ability to use cash. You could be considered a terrorist on the gray market if you use more than I think 1,000 euros for a transaction. That comes right from Christie Legarde. It’s policy now, so I think we’re starting to see the scarcity of cash and concerns about getting access to your digital banks. Very troubling if they can manipulate all of that with the flip of a switch.
[WW] It’s definitely very disturbing, and the only way to get people to agree to give away all of those freedoms is to have them scared and panicked about something.
End of financial anonymity
10:30 mins [WW] Extreme involvement of banks in a lot of these simulations, whether it's cyber polygon or other similar things through this WEF partnership against cyber crime or the Carnegie Endowments equivalent program, things are going to get bad in the financial system and they don't want to be blamed publicly as they were in 2008. So, what better way to not only absolve yourself of blame and be able to blame some faceless hacker, and push for the predetermined solution you want to impose on people, than having a cyber attack that leads to a completely regulated internet and link people's digital ID to everything they do online and to their money.
This is not just a push for ending online anonymity it's a complete reboot to ending financial anonymity. We’re seeing this with major efforts of the DOJ, a member of the WEF partnership against cyber crime, to go after all crypto exchanges to surveil people's transactions more than ever before. Killware
Security Magazine describes killware as a cyberattack deployed with the intent of producing real-life risk to communities through manipulation of operational technology (OT). Put simply, killware attacks can be lethal or physically damaging to human life because they target critical infrastructure.
As businesses continue to digitalize operations, threat actors will have more opportunities to execute killware attacks given their ability to access systems more easily. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) suggests that hospitals, power grids, banks, police departments, etc. are considered primary killware targets because thousands of people can be put at risk. Essentially, highly networked industries and organizations are more susceptible to these types of attacks.
