Researchers at Yale University created a new airborne method of delivery for mRNA vaccines. They claim their tests were able to successfully vaccinate mice intranasally — without any injections. Yale researchers concluded this aerosol-based method was both “safe and effective,” representing a significant advancement in vaccine delivery methods. After showing the ability to deliver mRNA to lung cells in mice, human trials are planned next.

The ability to efficiently deliver mRNA to the lung would have applications for vaccine development, gene therapy, and more. Here, Suberi et al. showed that such mRNA delivery can be accomplished by encapsulating mRNAs of interest within optimized poly(amine-co-ester) polyplexes. Polyplex-delivered mRNAs were efficiently translated into protein in the lungs of mice with limited evidence of toxicity. This platform was successfully applied as an intranasal SARS-CoV-2 vaccine, eliciting robust immune responses that conferred protection against subsequent viral challenge. Compulsory moral bioenhancement should be covert
Abstract
Some theorists argue that moral bioenhancement ought to be compulsory. I take this argument one step further, arguing that if moral bioenhancement ought to be compulsory, then its administration ought to be covert rather than overt. This is to say that it is morally preferable for compulsory moral bioenhancement to be administered without recipients knowing they are receiving the enhancement. My argument for this is that if moral bioenhancement ought to be compulsory, then its administration is a matter of public health, and for this reason should be governed by public health ethics. I argue that the covert administration of a compulsory moral bioenhancement program better conforms to public health ethics than does an overt compulsory program. In particular, a covert compulsory program promotes values such as liberty, utility, equality, and autonomy better than an overt program does. mRNA—or messenger RNA—is a molecule that contains the instructions or recipe that directs cells to make a protein using its natural machinery. To enter cells smoothly, mRNA travels within a protective bubble called a Lipid Nanoparticle. Once inside, our cells read the mRNA as a set of instructions, building proteins that match up with parts of the pathogen called antigens. The immune system sees these foreign antigens as invaders—dispatching defenders called antibodies and T-cells—and training the immune system for potential future attacks. Megyn Kelly regrets getting covid jab after developing ‘autoimmune issue’
“I regret getting the vaccine even though I am a 52-year-old woman because I don’t think I needed it. I think I would have been fine. I’ve gotten COVID many times and it was well past when the vaccine was doing what it was supposed to be doing,” The Megyn Kelly Show host said.
“For the first time, I tested positive for an autoimmune issue at my annual physical,” Kelly revealed. “And I went to the best Rheumatologist in New York, and I asked her, do you think this could have to do with the fact that I got the damn booster and then got COVID within three weeks?”
“And she said yes. Yes. I wasn’t the only one she’d seen that with,” she added.
In July, the journal Science published an article confirming COVID-19 vaccines are linked to autoimmune disorders, such as small fiber neuropathy and postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS).
